Beautiful property, peaceful surroundings.

The location is amazing! This is my third time staying here, and my third different cabin lol. I love it here. Very peaceful and serene and lots of amazing things to do nearby both for true nature adventurers, and those who enjoy the scenery but prefer indoor activities. They’ve added several convenience stores and dollar general stores in the area and there are quite a few fast food restaurants and local eateries in the area.
This was my first time staying here during the summer months, and the only thing that was a bother to us were the bugs. By no means were they in the cabin, with the exception of the one or two that may fly in with you as you’re coming through the door from time to time, but it would be a nice touch to add screening to all of the porches to make sitting outside during the summer months a more enjoyable experience.

cute cabin. couldn’t figure out tv viewing, or if there was cable or satellite. didn’t want to bug staff.
staff was rude. seemed bothered to be there or assist in any way. when I couldn’t unlock the front door and realized I had to ask her again for assistance, she huffed and said “ok I’ll help you.” opened the door and handed me the key and rolled her eyes.
the place looked empty too. no one stayed near the front office to have wine. I imagine her less than inviting attitude kept others away as well.

The privacy & also the location to Blairsville. We were late & they left the light on and music playing on the tv so it was such a warm welcome when we arrived! We also had to change our days of stay & the staff made it hassle free!
There was nowhere to hang my clothes or jackets. The armoire did not have a bar with hangers & 2 of the coat rack knobs were broken.

View was as expected.. Staff was nice. Accessibility to cabin was good. Quiet nights
Dishes provided were dirty with food, Smart TV is not smart with no internet. Satellite only offered 4 channels. Shower valve limiter not installed correctly causing the hot setting on shower to be cold and cold setting to be warm. Extremely hot water at kitchen. Shower tile cracked entire corner. Grout loose, need some TLC
Charged additional fee for Pet when site was told all along I had a dog.

The drive from Helen to Blairsville is longer than I thought and roads are very curvy and steep

The staff and spa were amazing! The cabin was comfy and accommodating for all my needs in a great location close to town!
The bed was too squishy for me so I didn’t sleep great, but that’s just because of my personal preferences.

everything was great except channel options on tv. most of movies not free

Location was centralized.
Cabin was cute.
The layout was backwards with the living room in an unconditioned small room.
The AC was unacceptable, at 75-80 degrees outside down to 65 degrees outside, it never cooled off the cabin and the bedroom was always hot.
There was a musty odor, probably because of insufficient AC.
4.5
The tranquility of the property and how peaceful the stay was.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like. The property had some issues with the water supply but they were diligent in getting it taken care of and repaired.

Mountain view, cozy and comfortable.
There winery needs more sweet wine. All the wines are mostly dry but very delicious. It would of been nice to have a tv upstairs in the bedroom . No wifi in cabin
