Excellent value

Excellent location- 5 mins to Wynwood walls and bars/ restaurants. Great value if you want to be central. Flat had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

tge property was very clean with a lot of personal space close to local eateries and my stay just was bliss definitely a 10 out of 10 with on call support who’s there for u in just one phone call

Last minute stay, convient, quiet nice hosts that answers and responds and cares about your needs.

This stay was a last minute find. I needed a place for the holidays while in Miami and found Krymwood Flats. This place was quiet, comfy just what I needed at the time.

I was cold at night room was a cold no bed comforters or heater to heat up room, but I was able to contact hosts and they accommodated me to get more blankets to keep warm.

The only thing was the parking. Not enough in the back, other then that I loved it so much. I’m from Miami, and the location was very close to Wynwood, but so quiet! I will be booking again.

Want to lose all trust in renting a room ever again? Here is the holy grail. Shame on Booking.com

I will say the tinfoil covering the dirty stove top was a nice touch... looked like a scene fresh out of breaking bad. OH, and if you're looking for company you will LOVE the bugs, lizards, and the 7 AM construction workers smoking outside your only AC unit in-between renovating your adjacent neighboring room with the world's loudest power tools. AC unit worked well though. Seriously though, do not rent this room.

There were literal human feces on my toilet upon my arrival. The TV did not work. The Wifi kept cutting out. They booked me in a room where the adjacent room that shared the wall my bed was placed had extremely loud construction starting at 7:00 am sharp EVERY SINGLE MORNING. There were condoms scattered outside my door, some still enclosed, some used. The lights flickered and were unusable. The wardrobe/dresser looked like it was straight out of a cat in the hat movie set with how slanted and broken it was. The shower did not have a door on it, it did not have hot running water the majority of the days I stayed, and there were consistent bugs and small lizards scattered through the room and bathroom. 10/10 the worst place I have stayed at this entire year and that supersedes a stay in downtown Detroit with active drive-bys.

cockroaches, no microwave, only one stove burner worked, tv was always cutting in and out, futon was impossible to lay flat

I have stayed twice because It is a wonderfull place to stay. Near south beach, Miami and Key Biscayne and different departamental malls such as Target, Ross and Marshals.

My 2nd time staying at Krymwood Flats

It's the second time we stay here (sept 19-23) because we love Wynwood and Krymwood Flats is very cozy. The size of the room, the kitchen, the location and private parking makes the perfect stay.

There was a couple of humidity stains on the ceiling, but this didn't affect our stay.
