Breakfast was okay. Minimal selections but it was In such a tight area though. The hotel location was good. Restaurants and shops really close by. Did like that there was a washing machine and dryer as we needed to do a load every night.
The room smelled musty when we arrived. Had to go by air freshener to make it smell better. The shower was not the shower I was expecting in the room. There was a bug in one of my beds. There were crumbs underneath the sheets in the same bed. In order to get more towels I had to provide dirty towels never had to do that and I’ve stayed at several hotels. I wish the pool was indoors because on the rainy day it would’ve been nice to still go to the pool. The elevators went down every night so my family and I had to climb to the 3rd floor. The elevators were super slow as well.

Cost effective and I think the hotel has been renovated since I last stayed there. Bed was large and comfy.

The staff seemed either overworked or very flat and unhappy. There was one cleaning lady that was literally yelling that she was not going to do the laundry for the other cleaning lady that left early. Front desk person often gone doing other chores like making breakfast or snacks and seemed frustrated that they had to come back to do front desk work. Door key of outside entry door not working and often did not close properly feeling very not safe. Front desk person well we have problems with that door????? fixing it would be nice. First room i went in refrigerator did not work and I had to move all my things to another room where one did work. Breakfast was subpar compared to other hotels i have recently stayed in.

This was a clean hotel with a fridge and microwave in the room. The room was quiet and the TV and internet worked fine.
It isn't terribly scenic where the hotel is located, just across from a Lowe's or Home Depot, and I didn't feel safe going out for a walk in the neighborhood after dark.

Very clean and the bathrooms and spotless also the room it self smelled wonderful and when you walk in the building it’s clean and smells very clean and the lobby is beautiful

The room was very clean. Bathroom was small but very adequate. No closet like in cheaper hotels but very well appointed. Breakfast was nice.
The price $140 seemed a little high but it was Saturday night and we had an emergency at home ...just 10 minutes away..so we were very glad to have found a room.

It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding.
I booked 3 rooms and they were in 3 different areas, with one room being on another floor and was told we couldn't get the rooms near each other because they were already assigned when we arrived. The air in our room 202 didn't work properly and we had to go buy a fan to cool off our room. We had to pay for each room separately and all were in my name.

Outstanding accommodation the price. My 2nd visit. Friendly staff, extremely clean, quiet, convenient to freeway, shops and restaurants. Good breakfast.

The location was great for my needs. The cleaning staff did a good job on the room.
The room had bugs, they did bite so I don’t think they were bed bugs. The room truly was “micro”. It was small even by “Microtel” standards. Breakfast was laughable, the first day, the spill tray on the juice machine had not been cleaned from the previous day.

Not that I didn't understand but there was a lot of construction going on. Made the entrance hard to find. This made the hotel seem off at first glance but it ended up being very nice.

Food was left in fridge and TV screen was broken. Not a big deal for us as we didn't use either for our one night stay.

MS C was very welcoming upon arrival
Lighting in room too stark.Toilet paper on rail not on spindles .when one fell off it appeared to have human feces on end. Returning the first day not served at all no towels and toilet paper still on floor of course. Retrieved towels at laundry myself desk didn't answer .Fire door to laundry propped open, machine s running

Clean, comfortable hotel close to highway. Price was good/low and adequate to quality.
We had some problems with check-in, room that we booked was not available and the receptionist said he does not work there regularly and it took some time to solve the issue with no saying “we’re sorry for inconvenience”. In the end problem was solved and we were offered a different room.

Ice machine not working on 2nd floor during stay of 4/13 and not working on 4th floor during stay of 4/18. First was fine though and we just used the elevator to get to a working machine.

Drove from Florida for the weekend and amazed with the hotel. The location is secluded and worth the price. Breakfast was 6-9, free wifi, free appetizers on some days & there’s a pool. Our room was clean/ bed and pillows beyond comfortable. Not to mention did not feel unsafe at anytime. Most definitely will be returning when I come to Alabama again.
Renovation/ work being done which limited parking in front of building for later hours of arriving. Still would definitely recommend this hotel!
