We loved the location and amenities of the Graduate!

Loved the location, walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in the Square, as well as close to the Ole Miss campus. The rooftop restaurant and bar was great, the room was well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

On the whole, a plaisant stay.

Great location

Because of the flight disruptions due to the Microsoft incident, I couldn’t get to the hotel on the scheduled day. I sent a message through the booking app informing the hotel I would arrive the next morning. When I did, the person at the check in told me I was a no show, that I had lost my week-long reservation that I had already paid more than 900 dollars for, and that I had to pay 1,100 to have a new reservation, or find somewhere else to stay. I explained I had sent a message, she claimed they had never received, and that I understood I was a no show for the first night but not for the entire week. She blamed it on booking.com, saying it was their fault and I shouldn’t have booked through the app. I stood my ground for half an hour before she agreed to call her manager who sorted things out in few minutes. Very stressful beginning of stay.

I love the location and the design of the rooms

I could hear everything in the rooms next to me above me and below us. I never could find the ice machine.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The atmosphere and decor was a quaint and a great concept. Great location, right on the square and can walk to all the shops and nearby restaurants. The hotel also has a great rooftop bar with view of the square.

The room cleanliness was not up to par and the value is not worth the stay. The room floorboards looked like they have not been dusted or cleaned in years (gross) and there was a clicking noise all night that I was not able to sleep. Bed very uncomfortable as well. Also no water bottles available in the room or on the floor. If you want a glass of simple water you have to walk down to the lobby. For $800/night I would expect something as simple as a water bottle in the room as they don't offer any type of room service.

Disappointed with communication

When I visited before- I loved everything

I tried to cancel 3 times and never had help. I paid in advance and tried to get some refund (minus a fee of course) and when I called, they said they couldn’t help so when I emailed twice, no response at all. I’ve stayed here multiple times and was disappointed.

Exactly what we needed and was looking for in a quick couple escape.

The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and the food at the Coop and Cabin 82 was fantastic.

A couple small things but nothing major. Water pressure in the shower was very low. I also wished there was an ice machine on the floor rather than having to go to the lobby.

We never received clean towels or had our room serviced all weekend.

The location was great.

We didn’t get a room until 6:30 pm after arriving at 3:30pm. We were put on a handwritten list and were to be texted when our room was ready. They did not text until I went back to the front desk and noticed they were just assigning rooms to people arriving after us.

If it were for the location this hotel would have the worst ratings.

The location

It was dirty. When we arrived our bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair and toothpaste in the sink. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. There was make up on the bathroom counter and the carpet was sticky.
