It was very clean and updated for an old hotel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Shower could have had more pressure but it worked fine. Location is just where in like on the west side. And right near my favorite restaurant, The Coffee Pot.
The parking was very tight on the south side of the building, so I parked on the other side where it has more room. The spot in front of my room would have left no room for anyone to go behind my car.

The primary benefit of the facility was its price/value and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom small but adequate. There's a nod to the old days of roadside motels with the sea-foam green colors of the mini-fridge and microwave. Absolutely nothing fancy, but if you're going to spend 14-16 hours a day out on the trails or heading to the Grand Canyon, this was sufficient.
It would have been great if there had been a power outlet available on the exterior of the building to accommodate my hybrid rental car. It was suggested that I use an outlet next to the laundry door used by employees, but there was not a strong enough current to work with the car. In addition, the TV had only about half of the channels available. No CBS, ABC, ESPN, etc. I wasn't expecting streaming channels, but would have liked to have been able to watch NCAA games (men or women).

We love the location. We are able to park the car in front of the room. It's so convenient especially with my heavy luggage. The beds are comfortable.
The only thing that I did'nt like is the noise coming from the aircon.

The room was clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice, provided a nice morning snack/coffee. The room was better than I expected for a Motel. Close to places to eat and near a couple of hiking areas. The cute Downtown area was a short drive away. Nice pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.
Don't let the looks of the building fool you. The rooms are updated. Just don't go there expecting all the amenities of big brand hotels, it is a quaint mom and pop that I really appreciated.

When you think of a Mom & Pops place, this property is it! It's a family owned business and it shows. You can tell that they put effort into making you feel like a guest & not just a number on their books. It feels good to give back to the community by stepping away from the corporations & supporting local! This cute little property is smaller so it feels more intimate. The hosts were super friendly & made you feel welcomed. The location is great, the beds are super comfy & their pool set-up is stellar! We bought some goods at the market, grilled them up pool side & after cooking - we enjoyed them next to the firepit. It was the best ending to a wine-touring adventure day. :)
The TVs were older - so if you are wanting to stay in and veg & just watch TV, best to look elsewhere.... This was not an issue for us. TV was not on our agenda.

It was the cheapest place we could get on Sedona on a Saturday night.
We did enjoy the hot tub.
No free breakfast.
Rate was still ridiculously high, as is all of Sedona.

location. Bed sheets were clean and room had no musty smell. Breakfast included was coffee & store bought items.
needs to be renovated with electrical outlets that work. My phone did not get charged at all from the old lamp outlets in the room. the doormats were old & worn by it.
