Comfortable bed and quiet room
I wish there was a breakfast
9.0
The beds were comfortable and place was mostly clean.
Coffee filter left in pot from last person that stayed. Was double charged for a single pot pie.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. Very clean. Like the concept: full size fridge, stove in case you stay longer and a laundry. Michelle is a gem !
Nothing really.

We booked with Booking.com, when if direct, we may have had a better rate.

The room was huge, with its on kitchenette! Very friendly staff as well. So close to everything which is a major plus. The perks the come with signing up made it so worth it. They even have a little shop at check in just in case you need food, dishes, razors, OTC medication! It truly was amazing. The beds were very very comfy, super pillow top and the biggest and softest pillows we've ever had.

Very clean room.
Had to wait at check in cause there was no staff.
Note at check in said:
“Be back in 30 minutes”
We waited for a hour. There were 4 guest waiting by the time someone showed up.
We believe it was the lady just coming to work because while we were checking in another lady came in and said:
“I am so sorry”
Something that corporate should look into as there was no one in registration area or anywhere else.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The room was spotless.
I wish I had booked this hotel first and not Country Inn & Suites.

location
Property did not have the amenities that we receive at all Drury Inn‘s locations.
Your nightly rate is double what I pay at a Drury Inn.

Location was great for the meeting I attended. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The front desk staff were trying to make things work.
Small room with one very small window. Very limited services were provided. No ice was available until the fridge icemaker slowly made some inroom. My TV was disconnected which the front desk person was able to reconnect but then the remote batteries were dying. My room wasn’t made up. They claim they only do that every 4th night. Not that bad for 2 nights but did have to go down in my jammies to get coffee for the morning. No hand lotion provided. Small kitchenette but no dishes or silverware or any kitchenware.

The tile floors in the room we’re filthy.

Clean and convenient, and the staff were wonderful. Called me right away when I forgot something in my room.

There was no breakfast which was a little disappointing.
My biggest complaint was no breakfast. Having to eat out all meals was an added expense noone in our family expected.
10.0
The room was large. Had a full kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious. Everything seemed to be newer. The bed was comfortable.
There were a few hairs in the bathtub, but overall the room was cleaner than most I’ve stayed in.

There wasn't a breakfast.
You should provide a continental breakfast with the price we paid for the room. Most hotels now provide a morning breakfast in the hotel.

location
entrance to hotel was poorly marked from street
price was almost doubled from what we had paid the previous 2 hotel stays before arriving in Pierre, which included an evening kickback supper & hot breakfast @ Drury Hotels.
