Good location, large room, comfortable..poor breakfast....noisy.

room was big with comfortable bed..and good location just off two major roads. decent price for size of room and bed quality.

our room was too close to the main road; had noise from motorcycles and from room above us (we were on 2nd floor..sounded like someone moving furniture until midnight or so..a different room was not available..Breakfast was continental..worse than most continentals..only poor quality oranges for fruit..sugary cereal and typical white flour based waffle mix..no fresh juice.....would advise eating breakfast elsewhere..couple with three noisy kids screaming and running around breakfast are like it was a playground...most of the time we were in that area.

the stay was something we were trying to get a refund for and we did not get the customer service

location was off the main road convenient however the parking lot was dim especially the back at night which we noticed.

the room smelled bad. the hallway and elevator smelled of urine and body odor. the windows to our room did not open we contacted front desk and he told us to call back at 11pm which was not useful we wanted a refund as my dad had breathing issues in the hotel you guys could refund us please.

We were there for a funeral. I thought I booked two beds but there was only one.

the staff were very helpful

Half the electric outlets didn't work and the breakfast was disappointing.

Nice, but not good for everyone in my party.

My expectation was for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. We received 1 room that has 1 bed and a hide a bed. Both rooms were the same price. The hide a bed was not comfortable for an adult. I was not happy. The staff on night shift was not able to change the prices and said it was due to booking online.

I had a wake up call at 6:30am on 5-22, and it didn't come through till 6:50 am.

It was sufficient and pleasant.

Location was perfect for me. I didn’t have much breakfast, I took a muffin pack with me.

Dirty and gross

The front desk staff were very polite and nice

The room wasn’t clean. There was a used q-tip on the bathroom counter. The sink leaked. The sheets on the bed were dirty. There were hairs all over the sheets, blue spots on the sheets that you could feel the gritty texture on (proving they hadn’t been washed, and the pillows were yellow and stained. got more blankets, sheets, and pillows from the front desk. The sheets had long dark hairs all over them too. The pillows were at least white and clean. Will not be staying there again

The location was good.

The room needed some work. I've stayed here several times with my spouse as well as with other family members. It's always been clean and comfortable. The shower had a small hand held shower on a hose (not expected in a hotel) and the tub was stained. The lotion was already opened. And the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was no do not disturb sign for the door. The room just didn't "feel" clean. We're from out of state and regularly come to Grand island to visit family, but not so sure about the next visit.
