Best place to stay in p.c.b.

Kim was amazing at helping us through making the reservation to extend our stay. John came right away when we couldn't get the air on. Everything was clean and beautiful and comfortable. This is our favorite place to stay by far.

I love Florida. People are so nice. The gulf is beautiful and so are the sunsets.

Superb

The management. implant was very responsive. Our coffee pot was missing when we checked in and we were provided a whole new coffee maker within hours - even late on a Saturday night.

The condo was adequate but not special. There were no “extras” that you find in many rental condos (beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc), even as relates to kitchen items (coffee filters, salt and pepper, etc). Also, the condo needed updating and while things “worked,” they were on their last leg. The top tray of the dish washer was broken and almost fell out numerous times; the bunk bed rail was insecure and we didn’t allow our kids to sleep in the top bunk. i

We have issue with the door not locking. We also had to use forced entry to get into the room.

Door entry code instructions was very misleading.

the room it wasn’t clean tub and shower were dirty mold on them glass shower doors not clean dishwasher was broken patio door broke really hard to open

very nice location. nice pools.

broken elevator. broken trash chute. the condo wasn’t cleaned very well there was long white hair, like dog or cat hair everywhere. there were also no trash bags when it said we should get two.

Panama City Beach stay at the Majestic.

The view off the balcony was really pretty. The condo itself was pretty and clean.! Plenty of space for our small family. Looking forward to coming back.

Wasnt listed being so high up. The 19th floor with two little ones but we managed everything just fine.

Views were great, resort was nice, upgrade the room from a 2☆ to a 5☆.

Location, view.

Room wasn't clean, most dishes had food on them. Sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to open or close, Master bed though comfortable was very noisy. Need to include the chairs at beach in cost.

THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SAY IS THE OCEAN VIEW WAS NICE.

1. STAFF NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL....... RULES ARE GOOD, BUT WHEN RULES KEEP YOUR STAFF FROM BEING HELPFUL OR FROM SHOWING COURTESY TO CUSTOMERS. THEN RULES ARE BAD. NO PLANS TO PATRONIZE AGAIN.

Very nice condo with a Beautiful view. Smelt clean.

The wait time at the elevators was outrageously long.

Will be staying elsewhere

The ocean view, the room was bigger than expected, and the Starbucks in the building.

Ice maker was broken, 2 cabinets were broken, a handle was off a drawer, no toilet paper roller, front door broken, the pull out bed was disgusting.. we had to remove all covers that were on it.. then when we went to place the clean sheets on it they were for a twin bed! Clearly the couch is a full/ queen size. The dryer lint trap was broken and almost cut my finger and also got lint everywhere. The chairs outside on the patio were falling apart. At 2 different instances we had "maintenance " come to our door with no warning from any staff about the air unit and then the broken door. This made us very uncomfortable. Not to mention the ELEVATOR! At some points we waited for over 10 minutes just to get on them.

I had nothing in the room when I arrived. I had to stay in the hotel a whole night before I could get any rags, towels,

I liked the inside pool, the view, and the cleanliness.

Horrible service!!! Can’t get in touch with nobody to get the things you need!!!
