Booking didn't not book my hotel correctly

booking mixed up my booking with the hotel lucky the staff was very helpful on this and finding my reservation.

possibly paying for a booking and not getting a room becuase of booking

Good choice for a family though price keeps increasing.

Good size room, convenient bbq by pool, location is perfect to walk downtown. Lobby smells wonderful.

Room was stinky upon entrance. Really should make the rooms smell like the lobby. Timer lights by bbq still broken after 1 year. Pool towels were not available often. Breakfast food always the same and potatoes either way undercooked or soggy.

Great visit. Would love to come back.

The hotel was clean and efficiently run. Even though it was to capacity, it was quiet and calm. The staff couldn't be nicer and always well informed to help us out with questions about the Burbank/LA area.

I probably should have booked a bigger room for the four of us as my daughter, who relocated for an internship, was visiting often. Not sure if that was an option other than booking a second room.

Good stay for a night with family

The location is in a quiet neighborhood with convenient parking. The room is spacious.

There was a slight smell in the room—not terrible, but it could have been better. Additionally, a bright light from outside streamed in, as the curtains didn't fully cover the window. Those who prefer to sleep in complete darkness might find this bothersome.

It was good

It was really good, the most important was my son liked it. Staff was very friendly, place is clean which I love the most. Facility is great, with gym and swimming pool, unfortunately my son couldn't use it we were tired of our daily trip

There was not room service/cleaning. I needed the room clean but I didn't know that the cleaning was every other day.

We really enjoyed the location as it was close to the destinations we were visiting

We liked the outside activities for the kids, checkers, connect for fire pit and hot tub

I don’t know if the Marriott has gone downhill on their breakfast, but really we could’ve skipped it and it did not feel like the old upscale Marriott experiences we’ve had in the past. We made a complaint to the front desk when the above room was noisy at 4 AM that continued for two nights business must’ve been having a party because another nights there was loud music.

Couple of things no ice on floors brought it up staff went beyond n got me ice, door dashed some dinner, asked staff for utensils BOOM coming right up! N three very very quiet, lots of families with children but never heard a peep! Will return for another visit!

Nice staff, clean hotel and good area BUT significant improvement of Breakfast will help tremendously

Very disappointed about breakfast!!! Almost unbeatable! Poor quality food and coffee! Stop serving breakfast at 9:00 AM. My suggestion is to extend it to 10:00 AM so families with small kids don’t have to get them out of bed early.

Would not stay here again

Location was good if you have a car you can drive to your destination easily. There are bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Upon arrival did not receive a warm welcome. No assistance offered, as in details about the area or offer to assist in making our stay easy as tourists. Our bedrooms were not cleaned for 3 nights despite informing reception. Had to ask for extra towels as there were not enough and also had to ask for more towels. There is a bar/restaurant across the street from the hotel that plays very loud music late into the night. We had to inform reception on 3 nights as we couldn't sleep

The theme and vibe was spot on and the staff was great.

Staff was very kind and got me checked in quickly. The entire hotel was clean and when running into cleaning and support staff they all were kind and helpful.

Some of the food in the "hotel store" was opened and I didn't realize it until I had already purchased it.

Spacious room, great location, good value, easy parking, big bathroom, friendly staff, free poolside grill.

Drawer space very lacking for 4 people, scrambled eggs dry and the same for 8 days, no free parking.
