Staff was excellent, place is clean, breakfast is nice, access to hotel could be better.

Food was good. Would have liked more to choose from.

Getting to the hotel is a little difficult as there's only one way into the property and the intersection and railroad make it harder to get in and out of the entrance. A second entrance toward York Rd. would make it much easier for out of town guests to come and go during their stay with you.

Das Personal war Mega! Es war alles sehr sauber. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

In einem Hotel by Hilton das Frühstück von Pappe- Tellern mit Plastikbesteck einnehmen zu müssen, hat mich schon ziemlich enttäuscht, hatte ich nicht erwartet. Das scheint in den USA leider immer noch üblich zu sein. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber durchaus ausreichend.

Our go to place when visiting every year. Good, but some small improvements needed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms and showers.

The price was quite steep for 1 night. I could see if we had a jacuzzi in our room, a full kitchen or something for $220. Breakfasts could be expanded a bit to offer more hot items. More parking for disabled guests would be great too. Non slip shower mats or flooring definitely needs to be incorporated inside the shower but we were only offered a towel to put on the shower floor to minimize a slip and fall?? 😳. Good thing I brought non slip shower shoes.

Convenient to the highway, good seafood restaurant within walking distance, friendly staff.

Elevators were slow and the number of them was inadequate for the size of the hotel.

I owe my pleasant stay to a considerate and friendly front desk clerk named Tara.

I didn't like the check-in process at all! I was not able to use the contactless check-in nor was I able to check-in early. In fact, I was not able to check in at 3 pm, even though that's the check-in time! To make matters worst, I had to wait 40 minutes to check in, which was well after the 3 pm check in time. As I was checking out the next morning, the front desk clerk was checking in a guest, even though I was told there was no early check in. That was at 12 noon.

The facilities were nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff stayed and made sure that everyone was evacuated during the emergency in the morning.

We were asked to leave in the morning due to some type of emergency which affected our plans. I'm grateful that the staff had our safety in mind, but perhaps there are some maintenance issues that caused the emergency? Whatever the problem was, we were unable to complete our stay and it caused us some inconveniences. I noticed that we were charged for the entire time though.

No complimentary cleaning unless you notify the front desk by 8:00 a.m. the same day no one gets up at 8:00 a.m. to notify anyone. And the guy that told me this was not very nice also it was way overpriced for the two days it was over $600 I found another hotel and I'm staying here currently for $125 per day. Bad investment
