From the photos it looked AMAZING. The interior was…ok.
There were obvious shortcuts and/or the property wasn’t fully ready to open. No additional blankets, no coffee or tea machine in the room, the bathroom supplies were not installed and seemed haphazard, the groundskeepers started too early, the food was…okay, the continental breakfast was lacking.

The property was beautiful and very close to downtown Falmouth. The on-site restaurant was delicious.
The room was nice but quite small, and the bathroom was tiny.
6.0
Spacious rooms
Rooms are substandard for price level. Property’s primary function is party location where guests can stay until next morning, but is substandard for a luxury hotel.

Location and pretty clean
AC unit was loud. Pretty spartan furnishings. Wife felt it was musty smelling. Really expensive. Breakfast was totally lame.

I loved the colors and decor of the room. Having wine glasses in the room was a very nice touch. My husband and I were impressed by the continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was quick. Our room was even ready early. We only used 2 towels but I liked having extra ones in the basket. Something you don't find with big chain hotels anymore.
I didn't love having a wall unit AC and was concerned it wouldn't work well enough. I like to sleep with the room very cold. It worked better than I thought it would.

good location
the single beds in 2nd bedroom inadequate for an adult, too narrow. no kettle, cups or any drink making items at all. breakfast items inadequate and stale. mold on bathroom ceiling.

location, large rooms,

The aesthetics of modern farmhouse, the cleanliness, the ease of moving about the property, the great location and friendly greeting will bring us back!
I couldn't believe how loud the people in the next room seemed! It was like they were in my room. I avoided the living area, closed the bedroom door and put on a fan so as not to invade their privacy as well as contain my own.

Our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay here again. Trish, at guest services, was such a pleasure to meet; she took care of all our needs quickly and professionally. A very positive experience!
no complaints here!

We spent two nights there in December and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast. The place was full of charm, very well maintained and clean.
The bedding could be a bit firmer for my tastes.

The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel.
The stairs leading up to this room were terrible and it was located over a maintenance garage.

front door of room was broken
5.0
The room was a decent size with seating area and dining table. Also has a nice glass shower with pebble tiled flooring.
Where we stayed it was more like cabins. We reserved for 1 night, thankfully. The rooms were clean but musty. We didn't feel safe in our room because of the Portable A/C window unit and front entry door was half glass very easy for break-ins. I visited our friends room and I can even see them from the outside. The outdoor area around the room was very unattractive.

Pretty grounds. Kind of odd layout. Room was well decorated and modern interior. You could definitely hear people above you in room over ours. The beds were great.
The room was large but there was no opportunity to cook or make coffee in the room. It was big enough for a kitchenette. There was a micro fridge but it was in a coat closet. Otherwise, the decor was clean and cool and modern. Beds were very comfortable.

We stayed at Coonamessett Inn for 3 nights and enjoyed 2 different rooms during our stay. Two nights were in room 27 - a King Room. The third night was in room 2 in a Village King Suite. There are a few great features of this property. It is only a 5 min drive into Falmouth town, or a short 15 min walk. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and we enjoyed outstanding communication throughout the entire booking process, check-in/out and during our stay. The Inn is an older property recently updated and set on a sloped lawn leading to a pond. The rooms and bath updates include a nice contemporary design with nice tile work and great showers and are accurately depicted in their photos online. Our King room had a nice modern wall A/C unit that was very effective. Plenty of towels are offered, and the buffet style continental breakfast is very nice - beyond what you might expect for 'continental'. Staff is very efficient at replenishing throughout the breakfast hours.
The Village King Suite was in a separate building and all rooms appeared to have old window style A/C units. Ours was very noisy and disrupted our sleep throughout the night. The Suite sitting area was not very desirable as the TV was very small compared to the TV in the separate bedroom. We preferred the layout of the less expensive King room due to the space more ample even though just one room. The one concern we would offer as feedback is that the baseboard trim in the bathrooms needed a good cleaning. The bathrooms were a bit small in our two rooms and it is understandable that they get a lot of use compared to the bedroom area. The baseboard heating units have wood trim that appeared to be grimy and dirty - hard to tell if the old wood was painted over grime or replaced with newer trim. Regardless, it was unsightly. The property doesn't have the feel of a true 'Inn' - more that of an older Motel that has been remodeled and turned into an Inn.

Loved our little 2 bedroom apartment. we had everything we needed. Very nice updated decor and comfy bedding. Great morning breakfast buffet. We loved the fact that you had bicycles for us to use for the day.

It was quiet and clean and the rooms were comfortable.
A coffee maker in the room and the doors to the main building earlier so people can get coffee

Location was good
There was an odor in the room, which never went away. I was provided an ADA room which I did not need, but was told that there were no other rooms available.

Breakfast was delicious and generous. Location was beautiful.
Liked it all!
2.0
The location was good.
The room was large, devoid of furniture and soulless - unlike the stylish photos used on the internet. It had poor lighting and as it was on the ground floor with a large car park in front which meant we couldn’t lift the blackout blinds and maintain any privacy. The bathroom, although appeared clean, had a whiff of urine. The staff, when visible, lacked the friendly welcoming charm we expect to encounter when visiting the US. Breakfast - all highly processed, nothing fresh- a meagre assortment of bagels and dried out cake, yogurt and fruit left for flies to crawl over. No fresh milk. Sadly, an impersonal experience, not what we thought we were buying into.

It was a very spacious room, perfect for couple with teens. Nice sitting room area. We could park right below the door so that was also convenient for a quick arrival. I'd stay here again. The room was much nicer and more comfortable than the more expensive resort we stayed in in the same town.
The room light switches didn't turn on a light (the lamps would light manually). Decor is so-so on style.
