Nice building, breakfast included. Not far drom beach
, good start pojnt for cape code tour.
Location not close to most point of interest, breakfast very basic. Owner made us wait out, only answer the phone not the door bell, when we arrived at 20:00.

The accommodation was clean, spacious and slick. The view across the water was atmospheric and all the facilities were top spec. I really liked this building.
There wasn't really any staff around so I can't review how good they were.
There was not shop or ATM in the immediate vicinity... I feel bad for not leaving a gratuity for the housekeeper as I didn't have any money on my person... If there was something nearby in the morning I'd have done so.

It was clean and beautiful.
Did not advertise as a B&B. Bathroom was across the hall, needed a key to get in. Refrigerator in kitchen, downstairs. Not convenient at all. View was nice, but advertised as beach front, was NOT. Over $200 wasted. Dragged luggage up a flight of steps, not convenient either.
Booking needs to get on these types of "Inns". If it's a Bed and Breakfast, say so.
Breakfast until 7:30AM. Yeah, not VACA friendly.

It was very clean and they stocked the room with water and snacks.
Our room was right off the kitchen which was a little noisy in the morning. The shower was extremely small but everything else was fine.

The Beacon was exactly as it appeared online. It was a beautiful place and the setting on the water was perfect. Our room was clean and nicely furnished.
The breakfast selections could have been better. We thought there would be hot food available.
The shower was tiny! My elbows hit the sides.

The Inn was very nice. The decor was pleasant and our room was very clean. And the inn is very close to Boston and other interesting sites in MA. A large, well-maintained beach is also within walking distance of the inn.
Full breakfasts were not available due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Keurig coffee and bagged breakfasts were provided, but the breakfasts were pretty disappointing. They consisted of nutri-grain bars and cheap, pre-packaged pastries with bottles of orange juice and apple juice. The location was also somewhat disappointing. Nantasket beach is very nice, but there doesn't seem to be much to do in the immediate vicinity. The nearby restaurant, Jake's Seafood, was wonderful, and there are some restaurants and ice cream stands. But the place feels run down, and there is a surprising lack of shops for a beach community. Some stores and restaurants were closed because their owners decided to take a vacation in the aftermath of July 4, and maybe things would be different at a different time. But we were hoping for more from the local town when we booked our vacation.
