Nice place to stay!

Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Ease of navigating to visiting family, which was the reason for our visit. Also, a hot breakfast was included with our stay!

Having to pay for parking. Since I’m already paying to stay here, I feel this is an unnecessary charge.

Great stay, easy check in, nice staff, pretty good breakfast.

Nice location to the mall. Pretty clean. My room on second floor was pretty updated.

The pool was being renovated At the time but they were offering to allow pool service at a hotel near by for free. And you pay $10 for parking regardless?

Great location to allow you do all the things you want and comfy room to rest and relax in.

The breakfast was awesome and I loved that it was included. The staff was really nice and friendly, and even let us swim 30 minutes past pool closing which was a huge help as my kids were dying to swim and we got there just 10 minutes before the pool was supposed to close for the night. The room was clean, I loved all of the extra space and the kitchenette was stocked beyond my expectations. Although we didn't cook there, I did use the knives and cutting board along with some of the other dishes.

I don't understand why they charge for parking. It seemed really unnecessary and was a bit of a hassle.

Nice aesthetic and clean.

There wasn’t any extra blankets for us according to the staff. It could’ve been due to many customers or other issues, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Excellent service

I needed to use the computer and print a few things- np. They came ovr and showed me. We asked at breakfast for a late check out- np. Overall kind & easy going. Breakfast was delicious! 👍👍

It was great!

The breakfast was better than expected. The room were nice and comfy. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Only one elevator was working so waits sometimes were a little long.

Horrible and Don’t recommend.

I loved the front desk staff.

The initial room we were given had dirty pillow cases hair all over the bed linens the shades were dusty and mildew was on the toilet and shower. I notified the first staff and was given another room. The furniture was scratched up, dust everywhere, bathroom not clean properly. My family began to break out in hives and notice bite marks on them. My visit was horrible we checked out early and went to stay at another property that was amazing. I don’t recommend this hotel.

This hotel is pleasant but overpriced.

It was quiet and we were not disturbed in the morning. Breakfast was great!! Parking, even though it was inexpensive, is ridiculous because your competitors are free parking for same quality of hotel. It was pleasant!

I noticed the elevators didn't accommodate the amount of people staying at the hotel. As we rode up, the doors opened and no less than 20 people stood waiting. We found another elevator and used it the rest of the time. Also, it was not as clean as it should be. The linens on the bed looked really old, however, the towels were newer looking. The staff at this hotel was over the top helpful and kind!!! I thought this hotel was overpriced.
