Wonderful staff, both at check-in as well as the next day when we needed to rebook for a second day.

This facility had a Kitchenette. As we travel for work, the kitchenette was a plus as we could do hot meals in our room.

Probably will not stay there again. Small town and not much available.

Rates were good for one night; water pressure was good; place was quiet, towels were nice and clean; kitchen is nice, although we did not use it.

There were 6 couples (six rooms) from our family who were there for a family event. Rooms were fairly clean. The girl at the desk told us she is an emergency (on call) worker; no one there after hours. Three outlet plugs in our room did not work, the carpet was stained and dirty; probably should be replaced, the hand soap is rough and scratchy. Door didn't close completely; had to be slammed shut! No kleenex, and two TV controls! Took forever to figure out how it worked! I can see how these rooms were converted to house many of oil field workers and have taken a toll in wear and tear.

Superb

Frank's staff were all great. The room is very large with a high ceiling. AC unit worked well. It was over 100 F outside some days.

Cell signal was weak in the rooms, but making calls outside was hampered by noise from the highway. There are no restaurants in a short walk, but downtown is literally only 3 minutes drive away.

The man working was SO GOOD - we called and arrived early and he was very accommodating, making our overnight easier to manage on the way to a month-long lake rental. Really appreciated him and his kindness, which made the room doubly disappointing.

The room was dirty - but the kitchen was filthy. The cabinets had not been cleaned or wiped out since the last guest, and what was way worse was the automatic ice maker had been overflowing with ice in the refrigerator that had a foul odor every time you opened either the refrigerator or freezer. The other problem is the coffee pot had never been cleaned since the last visitor and there was a half-inch of mold on the coffee pod in the pot; we didn't even bother to try to clean it or use it, going down to the local gas station for coffee. The room showed way more wear than I expected - frayed carpets. etc., but the real problem was the lack of cleanliness.

A little disappointed but would stay there again now that I know what to expect with kitchenette

The A/C worked well. It was quiet. Owner/desk person was very polite. I left my DL at front deck on check in and owner/desk clerk kept in a safe place until I could pick it up.

Absolutely no kitchen utensils or silverware stocked in kitchenette. Room was only cleaned 1 of the 4 days we were there. No fresh towels after 1st day, had to reuse towels entire stay. No condiments/coffee brought to room after first day. This should be in description of room . If we had know we need to bring cookware & utensils we could have been prepared.
