A little older with exception of value and service

This hotel is a little older and could use some new updates, perhaps, but my room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional, friendly & always helpful.I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Parkersburg, WV

There was nothing to dislike or complain about. I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, and I received 4 days of exceptional service, quality and comfort.

The power was out when we arrived and the desk clerk was very accommodating. He was professional, informative, and straightforward. I would definitely stay again.

Superb

Staff I meet was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and met my expectations.

My only complaint was the heat was turned low so the room was cold but it warmed up quickly.

Pleasant

We were greeted with a friendly fellow who set us up with easy access to our clean room. The location was close to the event we were attending. The location has a well lit parking area and price was pretty good.

The mattress was terrible! It was a king as requested but it was so bad it was lumpy and you had to stay to the middle to not fall out! And the only chair in the room was not comfortable and in poor shape. These are very important things to get right when dealing with tired travelers!

It was pet friendly and not hard to find

You have to pay a $50 deposit And haven't gotten it back yet. Was told you get it back when you leave still hasn't hit my card

The front desk person was extremely nice but the area was a little sketchy.None of the remotes worked in any of the three rooms that we rented. You had to physically get up and change the channel. Oh my!

Area and the outside needed to be cleaned up.

Did the trick...Basically lol

The location wasn't bad, for those who like privacy and Omelet Shoppe was next door, for dining convenience.

The bedding didn't seem 100% sanitary. Couldn't tell if it was stains or fresh residue on the sheets. King size bed, but only 3 pillows to share for the 2 of us. The mattress isn't as comfortable as you'd expect
