Good location , easy in & out, gas & food adjacent. Good Breakfast , the lady managing the food service was outstanding!

The room was "ok" but the bed sheets had marks (lipstick stain). There is a funny smell in the carpet.

It's easy to get to

This would be my 3rd time coming here. It was my husband's birthday and I just wanted to have a nice getaway from home. The last two times we came here we were able to check in before 1. This time we had to wait till 3 pm to check in, which is pretty late. We paid more this time and the room was smaller.

Convince to my event.

That they put me next to the elevator and listened to the ding all night long, the back of the tub had duct tape in it and painted white to blend I to the tub. Also the heating system sounded like a frieght train every time it kicked on. And at 845 pm a clerk came to my door knocking ( I was asleep, as I worked at 330 am that day) and asked if this was my room, as he had other people standing next to him. And then proceeded to question me , my name and when I checked in, etc. Oh and there was no breakfast, the lady apologized they did not get there order in yet so there was no food to cook.

Paid for parking although website said free parking. Was told it was only free for the night we stayed.

The clerks really didnthelp when it comes to breakfast.

The heater made the room very hot or pretty cold— hard to adjust-

Good stopover for flights in/out of PHL. Free airport shuttle. Simple hot breakfast included.

Check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly particularly morning server. Room was clean and the heating/cooling system was relatively quiet.

Only hiccup, the wake up call system wasn't working. Thus we overslept.

Hotel is in a great location for visiting family. Beds are comfy and room is clean.

Verified our room type and late check in a few days before we arrived and when we arrived around 1am one of our two rooms was not ready. Young lady at the front desk ran up and cleaned one while we waited. She shouldn't have had to clean the room.

Always clean and friendly staff

The toilet was not fastened to the ground, the fridge was set too low and our beverages froze

it was relatively near the place where I needed to be.

It had a strong smell of cleaning products. The air conditioning/heater was extremely noisy. The shower had no curtain. There was no way to open curtains without everything being completely visible from outside. they did not make up our room from one day to the next.

Nice rooms, the location was good, and breakfast was excellent, although could vary.

We didn't get room service for the last days of our stay, and they mentioned that we should get it every day. I asked the person only to take throw the trash away because it was completely full and they never did.
