elegant well appointed & classy - will be back!!

location cleanliness amenities staff… A BIG SHOUT OUT TO CAROL For greeting us when we arrived. We were coming from 2 hours away,and planned to do a little shopping and have lunch but just wanted to lay eyes on the hotel before check in. NOTE: there is no signage from the road so when the GPS said that we were here we couldn’t see it … we parked the car and started walking toward what we thought may be the hotel.. (Hint- its above the Cypress Grill.) LUCKILY! We ran into an angel named Carol and she helped us be prepared for the contactless check in that was going to happen via text message at 2 (check in at 3). She was super friendly and helpful. I absolutely encourage the hotel to give her a generous raise as she’s obviously doing more than cleaning the rooms - and happily takes on the extra role. Shes friendly, welcoming, describes in detail to guests how the check in process works, which is not instinctive - and easy to talk to! You never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression and it we had been left to wander around and reach out via other means to learn how to check in it would have been frustrating.. She saved us from having to do all that. We loved the hospitality suite where we could choose from a lovely selection of snack and a beverage after our long drive!!

not one thing other than lack of signage at eye level on the street!! maybe a sign on hospitality door explaining check in process (basically, wait for text message) in case Carol doesn’t catch you wandering around trying to figure it out!

The William is clean, comfortable in a great location.

Room was clean and spacious. Hospitality room was a very nice touch!

Rooms aren’t on the interior so it’s more like a high end motel.

We enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again.

The room was very nice and location was great.

There was bit of ants in our room around the sink area. Also the carpet needs to be cleaned because it was very dirty by the entrance area.

Boutique hotel in the heart of Boerne

Picture perfect rooms with a hospitality suite that more than met our expectations. One of the few hotels in the heart of Boerne. Eleven rooms, very quite with great balcony view. Close to food and shops. Contacless check in, check out made everything so easy. Ample parking with elevator to all rooms. We had four women with two queen beds. The room was very large so we never felt cramped. Excellent place to stay.

Could have used a fridge in the room, but the one in the hospitality room a few doors down filled our needs just fine.

The bath sink had failed plunger, grey water backed up in sink and we have stinky mess, Friday night and no plumbers available. Keypad on door would occasionally not accept correct code?

If I’m ever in Boerne again, I’ll without a doubt stay here.

Very clean, one of the best hotel mattresses I’ve slept on, easy check in and check out, good location for walking to everything in town, helpful staff, and great environment.

Road noise is loud in the morning and finding the parking lot is a little tricky (due to where street sign is located, not the hotel’s fault).

Beautiful room and comfy bed/pillows. Super convenient location that was walking distance to shopping, breweries, restaurants, coffee/breakfast places, etc.

It was a little bright and we could hear some traffic from the road.

Location is good, but the price was very high for the lack of services.

The location was good. Located in Old Town Boerne near stores and restaurents.

There were no daily housekeeping services. The room was clean upon arrival, but wastebaskets were not emptied, no bedmaking service etc. The fact that there is no housekeeping is NOT mentioned in the hotel website.

great location and clean

no soundproofing, we could hear our neighbors conversation through the walls. Beds are very soft and uncomfortable. No ice. all the close parking was taken

The hotel was dirty, we had dirty sheets, we never had our trash taken out and were ignored when we asked for clean towe

location was good - on main street close to restaurants and shops.

very loud music - cars on streets - trucks reving their engines - walls are VERY thin. no water in the hospitality room after the first night. when we got their our sheets were stained and no one was on the property to get us new sheets until the next day. our trash was. NEVER TAKEN OUT. We asked for clean towels and we’re refused and ignored. We were tons we had extra towels in a cabinet in our room and the cabinet was empty. I sent photos to the staff to show them we had no clean towels and we were ignored.
