Great place to stay but you go away hungry.

We had a great time during our visit. Room was very clean and quiet.

Our bed was kind of hard...but we managed.

It was fine.

I forgot to pack the mask for my CPAP machine when leaving. 20 minutes later I remembered... so I went back as the ladies cleaning the room had just started on mine, found it and had already put it aside in a plastic bag. I was soooo relieved. The room was clean and the amenities were adequate. I didn't partake of the breakfast as I'm a late riser so just had a fruit, yogurt and coffee.

When I checked in I wanted to use the safe but it kept giving me an E-code. Called the desk and Mike didn't know how to fix it. So I didn't use it. The following morning I tried to make a coffee from the machine in the room and followed the instructions carefully. I filled up the cup with water, pushed the "on" button, but nothing ever came down. I didn't bother to report it to the desk and just went downstairs to get my coffee.

It was clean and comfortable. Great location, in walking distance to dining, shopping and church services. There is also a wonderful walking/ biking trail right across the street.

The room was large and clean, the bathroom was not super clean and could benefit from being renovated or refreshed.

Too pricey for the value you get from the small rooms with dirty bathrooms.

The rooms were very small, with not great lighting. Our bathroom was dirty and the shower was filled with hair.

Clean and comfortable

The beds were comfy, breakfast was good, the lady who took care of the breakfast area was outstanding.

Not a complaint, housekeeping was short of staff, very late on one occasion. But everywhere you go there are help wanted signs. It seems people don't want to or have to work anymore, businesses suffer, customers suffer as well, it's sad what's happened to our country. It's not your fault.

Great location, and it was pretty clean. Very friendly staff. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Nice Vidit to Penn Yan

The hotel is centrally located with plenty of parking. Our room was clean with plenty of towels, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. My husband loved the cookies in the lobby, which was a really nice treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My husband would have liked a hot tub and he thought the pool had way too much chlorine in it.

Great home base for an Flx trip!

Staff was fantastic - very welcoming and helped with every single thing we needed. We had booked a single room and didn’t realize how small it was - we brought a road bike and needed a larger room / we’re able to get upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. We took advantage of breakfast and the pool and loved the complimentary lemon water, coffee and cookies. Fantastic location - we were able to walk to all our fave spots in town. We will definitely be back!

Love this place. Dog friendly and great staff and comfortable rooms.

I love that you allow pets to stay. That is a big reason that I book with you. It is just bonus that your staff has always been so friendly every time I visit your establishment. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with everything you need. I find it to be a really good value and the fact that it is in the middle of everything is also great.

The only thing I can say I did not like is that on the second floor there was someone who was smoking in the room and when you got off the elevator it was very pungent. That would be the only thing that I didn't like about the stay. But that being said. It is the guest who chose to smoke in the room of a non-smoking room.
