Great location and nice place to stay for the money.

The house was clean and we liked the location. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was great to have our own pool, wished we could have spent more time in it.

I didn't like being told what to set our thermostat on. We are hot natured and would have liked it a little bit cooler in the house. Also, the amount to heat the pool was a little high. Some of the furniture was not in good shape and a little outdated.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Easy to find easy check in, and had everything we needed.

I loved everything about the property very clean and homey. Nice open space

Terrible experience

I liked the pool and location. I like that the rooms had plenty of space, and tvs in the rooms! Wifi is great to have! I loved the availability of having towels. And a washer and dryer!

Well first off we never was sent an email to register before we can get a code to go into the house so we were waiting in the heat for an email back and I finally had to end up calling them for a quicker response. We got that resolved in about 15 minutes so not to bad. Then we had blood stains, never washed sheets, in one bedrooms and I know they weren't washed because i washed them the day after and the stains were nearly gone. They had sent someone to replace the sheets but we werent home at the time and they got the wrong room, but in that room where they replaced the sheets for new ones, the pillow case had makeup on it. Disgusting. Then in the room next door, there were tiny ants. Then in the master bedroom i flipped over one of the pilllows and saw what appeared to be where someone had flacked off there black nail polish or some sort of black substance. And the worst thing that happened was, when I left my underage teenager girls at the home so I can run to Walmart and get food, a maintenance man who saw that the girls were home because they had the window curtains and window open, were asked to open the door. My girls went to see what he wanted and he barged in and said he had something to fix really quick, and it would only take like 5 minutes, but that is major trouble with minors alone in a home with no adult. Seriously not ok. I almost called the cops when they called me on the phone to tell me that he's in the house with them. Just the worst experience ever. I was terrified and rushed out of walmart not able to finish all my shopping needs in that already crazy busy store. The house floors were dirty, and dusty lamps, and the couch smelled musky and of dust. Also Ive stayed at several properties and it would be nice to have some cheap cleaning products like a $1.00 sponge and $1 dish detergent so we can help clean up after ourselves.

The pool and washer/dryer

Outdated, uncomfortable beds, hot in the house, worn out furniture, house not cleaned well, dusty. TVs are all out dated and small. So outdated that there were VCR and a CD player. Flies everywhere. Not good!

Overall great experience a few minor mishaps but I was totally satisfied and will be returning the next time I come to Florida 😁

Location was very nice. Beds were very comfortable.

There were ants all over kitchen counter, Teflon pots and pans were very old and warped . Filter motor was screeching very loud and the neighbor came over to complain. I reported it on Sunday 2/21/2021, nothing was repaired until Friday 2/26/2021, the ending of our stay. Pool heater was set to 87 degrees but we put thermometer in the water and it was only 78 degrees. We did not expect to have to purchase our own garbage bags, we ran out of the 2 bags provided after 3 days out of a 7 day stay.
