Loved it!

Nice hotel at a nice spot in Venice beach. Good atmosphere and great staff. Will fully recommend for people who like sunsets ,the beach , skating, biking and rolling.

I think the property may need thicker windows if possible as there is some noice coming from the lively area of venice.

I’d love to stay there forever!

Design! Comfortable beds and amenities; perfect location with lots of cafes and food spots nearby. Very well equipped rooms with water, minibar, robes and Aesop!

What a wonderful stay we had

Exceptional vibe, beautiful rooms, magnificent views, great to be able to use the bikes

The noise in the street was a little bit overwhelming when we arrived but we quickly blended into it.

Great location, very accommodating and friendly staff who made the stay worth it.

Location was perfect. It would have been good to know in advance that the Ocean View rooms weren't actually on the waterfront – those are the Ocean Front rooms. We were informed by the staff upon arrival, but also given an upgrade to a room on the top floor so it was a good-natured discovery.

I would have liked it if there was a little more room in the bedroom portion of the rooms, or more space to store and open up luggage.

Full Venice Beach immersion! We will definitely be back!!

This hotel is excellent. The lobby is adorable. The rooms are cute and immaculately clean. The staff is fantastic. The coffee shop downstairs is so good. And it’s pet friendly! For a beach hotel in the heart of Venice, you can’t do better !

It’s on the pricier side but 1. Location and 2. I believe you get what you pay for!! So it’s worth it.

location was great, room spacious and clean, all the amenities great. staff mostly nice and helpful.

2 terrible sleepless nights overlooking a parking lot

Nothing really

The hotel advertised a room with ocean view but they gave me a room overlooking a parking lot and at best partial view. I asked about this and ask them to verify I got the right room. They didn’t. I got a joking reply from the front desk lady („you should have known better…“). No resolution offered. Looking at the hotel size I can imagine that most guests will be confronted with this issue. The room was VERY POORLY isolated. You could hear basically everything that was happening in the rooms above and on the sides. I spent 2 sleepless nights here. The staff starts cleaning early. Forget about sleeping long hours. The hotel’s surroundings have degraded quite a lot. There are too many people consuming drugs and alcohol outside, just in front of the hotel. This is not good.

Cool stay on Venice beach

great location on vanice beach. amenities were great and room looked cool!

de building is a bit noisy. People on higher floors walking made loud noises!

my teenage daughter was delighted, me, a seasoned traveler both for leisure & business, wasn’t very impressed.

prime location, interior design, the cool Marshall minibar and sound system, amenities, comfort of bedding, friendliness of front desk personnel.

No accompaniment to the room, no assistance with luggage. Housekeeping only upon request. Post Covid, quite surprising at the rate charged for a Penthouse room.

Amazing hotel on the Venice Boardwalk

Location, view, staff, and room comfort were amazing!

TV streaming options limited to AppleTV. You couldn't even cast to their TV. Also, the TP provided was the worse I have even seen in a hotel.

Lovely hotel with great details at a wonderful spot. I loved everything over here. Stayed for three nights and did day trips. Parking was great and uncomplicated. The rooms are really lovely decorated. They do everything for you to have a great stay! Thank you so much!
