Very comfortable room and breakfast was great. Staff was outstanding

Breakfast was great, large selection. Fruit was perfect. The pool was shallow but was refreshing, not cold. Not too much chlorine.

There was not a hot tub in the pool area. Floor was cold from pool to bathroom. Room bathroom floor was cold. Had to reach across shower spray to turn it off and on. (was door on the wrong side?)

Friendly, efficient staff, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds Enough storage to unpack if desire I liked the linens with some design on it. gave very homey feeling

Breakfast quality very poor. Typical American style continental breakfast with some stale bagels and bread, powdered eggs with no flavor, and breakfast links.

Would stay there again. We moved away three weeks ago and this was a top choice based on knowledge and reputation

Close parking. Friendly staff

Needs bigger concession area with more variety. We were hungry and thirsty after a long drive and did not want to go back out for snacks and drinks

Wonderful stay!

The staff are very nice and helpful; the location is very close to the highway, restaurants and campus; the parking lots are adequate; the room is cozy, big and clean; the breakfast is delicious; it is a very nice city.

The hospitality was good and so were the accommodations.

More selections. The breakfast looked adequate- oatmeal was original without any items to add (sugar, raisins, nuts). Typical scrambled eggs, all white breads or bagels. 2 choices of fruit (banana or apple) one kind of yogurt. We chose to go to Perkins and we waited forever. They were not busy and we waited 50 minutes before food arrived. Should have eaten at the hotel!!!

Rooms was very quite and very clean, this will be my first choice when visiting Fort Dodge again.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very polite and kept a conversation going thru the check in process that was somewhat personnel but not to personnel, made me feel comfortable from the start.

The elevators are just on one end of the floor. I had just been released from the hospital so it was a log walk to my room from the elevator.

Staff was friendly and professional.. Beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is great. The Housekeepers do a amazing job..Best place in town to stay. Safe Also..

Exceptional

Even though booking.com says they don't accept pets, it's wrong they had no problem accepting our cat,the place is clean and well maintained,the staff are friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and well-run hotel

Excellent location, spacious room, top-notch staff. I had minor issue with my room and the staff showed up within minutes and fixed it.

Nothing to complain about. It might be nice to have thicker towels and a cycle in the fitness center.

The handicapped room was perfect. Everything was accessible. The tub was a little taller and might be a challenge depending on the disability.

Breakfast and location were excellent. Pillows werre extremely large. They gave my neck a kink. Room temperature was ok with the air conditioner on with our arrival.

The pillows could have been smaller or have an assortment of sizes so you could pick to match your comfort.
