Very sparse. Food was left out over night and unclear whether there was anyone managing anything.
My main concern was getting to an event that did not allow extra luggage or backpacks. I had emailed staff the night before as well as texted them the following morning regarding finding a place in the inn to stash my stuff while I was away that late morning-early afternoon. Unfortunately I never heard back from them through either means and had to find an alternative solution outside the hotel.

Bed was very comfortable, easy parking, small self serve kitchen for breakfast with all the basics.
Room temperature was cold. Unable to get TV to work. (another guest had the same problem) Instructions needed for how to use the TV.

I enjoyed how the kitchen had supplies and was available at any time. I also liked that it was self check in and the character of the home. As well as staff I called because I didn't see check in instructions was friendly and helpful.
Some bread products were moldy. It would be awesome to have non-dairy options for coffee/cereal.

very quaint. good location. nice rooms- not huge but just what you need. we didn’t run into any staff while there. nice help your self kitchen for water/coffee.
only minor issue was our room at the front of the house was loud at night with street traffic. I made earplugs with tissue and that helped. not a big deal if you are used to a busy street at night.

Very clean, well-maintained facility, comfortable bed.
No one was on site and it was impossible to reach management through text (per their suggestion). This felt quite unsafe to me. Had anything at all gone wrong, there would have been no one to help. Some fellow guests were unable to enter the Inn with their password, and had I not been there, they would not have been able to enter at all. They, too, were unable to contact the owners/managers by text or e-mail or phone. There was no way to turn off the AC, and my room was freezing. No cups in the bathroom. No info on website or elsewhere about Internet password.

Pastries stale. Fresh blueberries delightful.
It would be nice to have ice available. If there was some, we couldn't figure out where. I had to get the Swiss Army knife out of the car to open the ice cold, refreshing local Lager. No bottle opener in kitchen .

The bed was comfortable.
No staff on the property. When we 1st arrived there was no way to lock our bedroom so we could not leave our belongings in our room. We had to call to get instructions. The room was freezing and there were no additional blankets. The property is located on a very busy street across from a park and it was very noisy until very late at night. There was no ice available. Our room had paint peeling in places.

Quiet inn with no reception desk but easy self check in, good parking spots right at the property, comfortable bed, well stocked fridge/kitchen to make your own meals/snacks/refreshments, feel like home. Best lodging we stayed in this vacation to New England.
Bathroom needs lotion, more hooks, spare towels.

I enjoyed eating a simple yogurt/granola breakfast one morning with coffee. The next morning grabbed an apple and was one of the best apples i've had in a long time! I enjoyed eating breakfast in the fancy/grand dinning room overlooking the beautiful brick property out the window, so NOT California views! :) Enjoyed the sitting lounge area as well and totally enjoyed the front porch with rocking chairs, perfect while drinking morning coffee!
I did not know the kitchen offerings, until after i purchased a bottle of wine.

No breakfast. I left too early. I'm a sucker for wonderful big old houses. This is a converted mansion and I felt right at home.
Nothing by me.

Loved the location next to the park and walkable to the Lark Street area. Great food in the kitchen, all available at no extra cost. I was so content!

The building itself was very charming. The room was comfortable, good bed, good shower. Several restaurants a very short walk away.
I would have liked to open the windows for fresh air. A couple of water glasses in the bathroom would have been nice. Really nothing to complain about.
