I Feel as though I 've been Scammed out Hard earned Money/deposit $335.98 + $30

Breakfast was okay Could had more HOT Items added to Menu the Problem wit the Rooms was that the Water Pressure in the Bathrooms was Poor Very very Low Especially the Face bowl area wen I turned on the Water to Wash my Hands & are brush my teeth the WATER was Less than pencil thin 2nd I Payed for too Rooms wit too two beds I was Charged Charged for Three nights September 8-10th,2023 and I was also Charged Twice $30 dollar Deposit for each Room Differently Reservation were Made in advances One in My Name Cynthia Green/Email [email protected] R [email protected] & Reservation #1186801255/r Resv.#3324508243 made Aug 19,2023 reservation #3324508243 & another reservation made in My daughter's name Stephanie Green Email [email protected] Reservation #1029911765 Aug.20,2023 I haven't Not Received all of my funds $30 deposit back on One of My Cards Used to Payed for Room which was plus$335.98+deposit each Room IT has been Over a WEEK SINCE I've Checked Out and the Deposit has Not been Posted I have Checked My Account's for each Debit Card I Used I Am Very Disappointed in this Place of Business/Hotel this was not my 1St Time booking a Stay there Along Wit 10-12 Other Family members Was also Booked Stayed there This Was Not a good feeling and I also Talked to Several Employees about this Matter on 9/17/23 Miss Kimberly Two R Three Times she said She would tell the Manager/ Supervisor & give her(Rehka)My information to Look into Today I called again & Spoke to Rachel I explained the Problem she said She would Look into it I feel Like I'M getting the Run around And have been Scammed out of Deposit Money I have Family that I Visited there in Spring,Tx the next Time I am there I Want be Staying in Any Estimate that's Connected to Best Western Anywhere USA R Other Wise. Me and My Family Drove 348 Miles there

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good

The water in the bathroom faucet was very low and my guest and I had to ask for towels and garbage bags etc.

Our stay was 360 degrees different from our first stay. The stay this time was horrible.

convenient to the event center where I was attending.

Housekeeping was deplorable. Had to clean our own room, make our beds. Had to call maintenance because the tub was stopped up. Had to request towels, tissues & paper towels. Had to have the room key card reprogrammed each day. noticed others with the same problems.

Disappointing

morning customer service was HORRIBLE! the iron in the room had some black gunk on it and it got on our clothes, when we called the front desk just to get a replacement one, “Kayla” said “we’re at full capacity but someone is about to check on right now (8:05 AM!) it’ll be about 5 mins” we waited 20/30 mins then called back, she then repeated the same thing; so we asked for a corporate number, she gave us a number to another facility in leesville VA… that’s where we got the real number… then all of a sudden when they called we FINALLY BY 10:36 AM got a new iron and the customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!

the desk staff was unhelpful and in some cases downright rude. first night i needed to do laundry and was told to use the coin operated washer, the washer didn't work, staff said i would have to check back in the morning to get my coins back. checked back in the morning and staff said wasn't their equipment and no way to get my money back. every front desk interaction was rude. Also breakfast ending at 8:30 is ridiculous, why bother?

It was a place to sleep and a mini layover on our trip.

Easy access to the freeway and a very comfortable bed.

The fact that I was expecting a disability friendly room and they didn’t have one available and that there was a very obvious mascara stain on one of the pillowcases and one of the nightstands had sticky glass ring marks from a beverage being placed there.

Well lit parking lot, room was clean and decent size. Staff was helpful when needed.

Parking lot spaces were small. Besides a small car anything larger will be a tight fit. Half the lot was taken up by moving trucks and uhauls. Limited space to say the least. On the 3rd floor it smelled of weed. Pretty sure it was a no smoking zone. Of any kind.
