Rooms were up to date and clean. Usage of the common area was very nice for our birthday party we had. Pool was a big hit.

The front desk staff could have been more friendly, informative and welcoming. One girl in particular made us feel unwelcome. The beds were not the greatest. We also asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it up.

It had a good variety for a simple breakfast.

Love the room love the price and the stay was exceptionally well had a very nice breakfast as well.

Just that whenever we had 4 people stay we always got only 3 towels and that was pretty much about it .

I like the hotel is adjacent to the Interstate easy on and off access which was a factor in our decision making along with parking lot being large enough to park a boat on our way back from Canada. Thanks

I was not able to get a copy of the receipt from the front desk clerk either upon arrival or check out which I thought was strange and usually is part of the customer service that you receive while staying at the hotel? I could use one of those receipts now but was told I had to get it thru my booking website booking.com which they said it had to be done thru the hotel? If someone could send me one to [email protected] that would be much appreciated as we stayed on Saturday 6/24 and checked out on Sunday 6/25 under Scott E Johnson room #129 I believe. $30 refundable fee is a bit steep too and hopefully my credit card didn't get charged to make sure you abide by all of the rules implied by the hotel especially the pool area in which that was done with no problem. Thanks

We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and attractive and the parking was good.

The breakfast was fine, not the best we've had. It would be nice to have a little more seating available in the public spaces, such as the breakfast area and the pool. We had a hard time finding a place to sit when we used those areas because there weren't enough tables/chairs.

The kids had a blast, went home tired but very happy!

The kids loved the pool area. The staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed assistance with. The morning breakfast was good and available for a good amount of time.

There wasn't many chairs or tables available in the pool area. There was maybe 4 tables each with about 4 chairs. This is definitely not enough. Many families had to pile their stuff in corners or along the walls.

The location was great for access to many things. The pool was well Mai rained and clean and the slide is an awesome plus!! The staff was incredible, courteous, and so very helpful.

We have no complaints.

OK for kids

There was good parking. The room was bigger which was nice. The front desk girl was very nice and helpful. The shower had a good supply of hot water.

There would have been a nice brekfast, but they could not keep up with the supply and demand. A lot of empty containers. (there was a kids basketball tourney going on, so they were big eaters, so it didnt allow much for the next guest). Couldn't enjoy the pool area. The pool area was packed full of screaming children, so no having a conversation or relaxing.

Wish we had more time to use the pool and water slide. We arrived late and where up and gone early.

It was clean and updated. They have alot of breakfast options. The kids liked the pool, hottub, waterslide and the little kids water area. Staff we're all nice. Great location.

There wasn't alot of parking.

the bathroom shower still had hair from the last guests. the pool and hot tub were not clean the tiles had build up that could literally be scrubbed off.

my family loved it and it was great location with last minute booking.

Loved the little water park, cleanliness, great extra snack shop, comfortable beds, free breakfast, and great staff.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about property.
