Beds were comfortable
Stains on the couch and on wash rag

Comfortable clean room with the boutique feel. Good location. Close to everything.
The only thing for me was that the shower head in room 22 needs to be replaced.

Parking was a bit odd since we were in one of the few rooms near the back of the property, but the staff was very nice and the room was great. It might be a bit small to stay in for a week or something, but just for a night or two it was perfect.
Cant really complain. The shower was kinda small and the fridge was too, but honestly that didn't really have a negative impact on our stay.

Super cute and comfortable! Loved the decorations and how close it was to everything for such a great price!
Parking was a bit of a hassle for us being in a bigger vehicle and showers are a little cramped.

The AC was a little load.

My husband and I didn’t know what to expect. We booked the room based on the reviews. The room and bed were so cozy. The cleanliness of the room far exceeded our expectations.

Good location, it was quiet, the sitting area outside our room was very nice.

close to everything
3 locks on the door and only one worked which was very flimsy. we pushed chairs and suitcases against the door. coffee pot was dirty.

Nothing everything was great

Easily drive to the strip, grocery store and winery. It was decent for the price
Rooms are very small. The kitchenette could use a few more items such as paper towels and a pot. Ice wasn’t available for our stay.

The proximity to Fredericksburg Main Street was nice
The place was falling down, literally. Signs of foundation failure. Shower was super small and valves didn’t control hot and cold water well.

No breakfast but that’s ok, there a great German bakery in town. Stayed there at least five times already. Heck in-out is very easy, takes about 10 seconds if you are slow. Very fair price
Small restroom no big deal

The location was great to where we were at and going.
The noise of the outside was a bit much but over all was great

Great price and very comfortable bed
A/C unit could use some updating. Very cold a/c but you when it turned on it would wake one of the children up. Very lite sleeper, did not bother me.

My husband and I travel a lot and we’re not usually fussy, we were both very disappointed. I think the pictures they used were oldies, because the room was very worn. The motel is so close to the main road that you can hear every vehicle outside. Inside is the same.
Everything.

Had problem with water so we were moved to a bigger room. Furniture is old but clean and bed was comfortable. Outside sitting area was cute. Value priced hotel that allows dogs

Quaint and clean. Bed was comfortable. Very good value, as we just planned to sleep there.
On the edge of town, so you need to drive and park to get to “downtown”. But parking is free, so not too much of a hassle- plus I didn’t have to carry the bags all the way back to the motel)

I loved the location, it was close to everything we needed to get to for our weekend trip. I also loved the cost of the room and the majority of the amenities offered. For the kitchenette, very little equipment is provided so I would suggest bringing your own if planning to cook in the room, we made do with what we had.
There was no ice machine, the staff was not really available when needed (These were at reasonable hours) the stove did not work properly which made the purpose of renting the room a downfall. Do not stay in room 10 if you are planning to use the stove.

very cozy, very clean and very comfortable.
parking was difficult for a large pickup.
9.0 / 10.0
We loved the extra little touches like quality soaps, retro decor, and comfortable bed blending this historic motel with charm and modern conveniences for a good value stay in the town. We even extended our stay for a third night to enjoy the area more. It was clean and maintains the older building with care for comfort.
The Ac/heater worked fine but a bit loud. It was no problem using our ear plugs which also helped with any loud guests or road traffic. Kitchen could have used a few more utensils and working can opener.
8.0 / 10.0
1. Very central location. Meer minutes' drive away from the Marktplatz and dining locations in Fredericksburg.
2. Very helpful and painless check-in/check-out process, especially because we were late check-in guests. Even when no one was physically there, someone answered our questions quickly with the Ring.
3. So much parking! We were able to park tucked in a corner right next to our room away from potential watchful eyes. Otherwise, if there were more people, you would've been able to park in front of your room too.
4. Decent amenities and room temperature, especially when it was cold outside. Chairs/table/sofa were a plus. Bathroom was decently clean.
5. Bed was comfortable. My boyfriend is a light sleeper and had no problem with it.
Things that could've been better:
1. The kitchen area was a bit dusty and worse for wear.
2. Bathtub area could have been a bit cleaner.
