When I arrived just before midnight I was told that the air conditioning wasn’t working… in any of the rooms. No other solution was offered but to cancel my reservation and they “wouldn’t charge me cancellation fees.” Seriously? What an absolute disaster in client services.

Buena ubicación.
Me hicieron un cobro sin autorización a la tarjeta.
Me complicaron indicando que booking no les había girado el dinero de nuestra reserva ya anteriormente cancelada por medio de nuestra tarjeta

I enjoy staying at Marriot properties but this time it was very unpleasant.
The A/C didn’t work in the room, said something to the front desk at 11 am after the first night. Was told the ac wasn’t working in some of the rooms. Wasn’t offered a different room, was told a fan or portable ac would be brought to the room while we were out. That didn’t happen. When I called and asked, I was told the windows open. This would be nice if it was 72 and breezy outside, but it was 100 outside and our room was facing the sun. We got back the second night at 2 am and the room was disgustingly hot. We used the fans they brought to the room to try and pool cold air in from the hallway, we opened the windows but the freeway noise was pretty loud even for 2 am so we shut the windows. Property is beautiful and in a good location. Our stay was unpleasant because of how hot the room got. Sleep at night was extremely uncomfortable.

I loved all the amenities, the breakfast was great a nice selection for the entire family. The only issue was the Air Conditioning system was not working, but the staff was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable otherwise. I loved the facility and the location it was very clean, will definitely consider coming back and recommending it to others. Also it would be nice if they let you know about the deposit during the reservations process instead of informing you once you get to the hotel. It’s a little misleading to say all taxes and fees are included and then you get there and there’s more fees to be paid. Other than that everything else was great
I loved the space and all the amenities and the staff all were great

NONE!
I was placed in a room where the a/c is not fully working . They were aware of this . I reported it to the staff at 0800 am about the problem and I was promised that they will send an engineer to fix it . I waited until past 4 pm but no engineer showed up . I called the front desk again and the staff said he just started his shift and is not aware about my request. He also told me that the a/c has been faulty and that they are not able to fix the problem and offered to bring me an electric fan.Of course I was upset because no one even told me that they won’t be able to do anything with it. My room was facing the sun and it was on the fourth floor. It was hot that day . Plus , the rooms are equipped with a kitchen ( full size oven, microwave, pots and pans , plates. Utensils) so tenants are able to cook if they choose to do so . All this make the temperature in the room along with the electronics ;worse. So I asked to be moved to another room .
Also I asked if I could do a late checkout on my last day and the concierge told me that since I booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel that I m not able to have that incentive. Made me feel like a secondhand customer.
Price is not worth it.

Great location

Big room
Dingy, outdated, institutional feeling rooms, no way to phone front desk, noisy, on freeway.

Poor! Despite going to the breakfast early there was little food very little to choose from too many people and not enough staff to replenish food, this is the worst I’ve ever seen it and I have stayed on this hotel many times
Breakfast I have already commented on this subject

Loved the staff!! They are all keepers!! The breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the crustless quiche!
We had a very bad experience with the shower. It was equipped with a handheld shower. Unfortunately, the shower curtain was about 5 inches too short and water got all over the floor causing me to slip, practically doing the splits. It was very painful, plus I had to schlep all the luggage back to the car and drive 9 hours to get home. I am still limping and will be seeing my doctor next week. As there were only one bath, hand, and face towel for each plus the bath mat, it was extremely difficult to clean up. I reported this to Dylan as I checked out, and he said he would report it. Only one elevator was working, and the hotel was at capacity. Unacceptable, especially since I was unable to use the stairs after slipping in the bathroom. The lack of towels, one of each per person, just does not cut it! Also disappointed, the sofa bed was not made up nor linens left in the room. We called and they brought them up quickly along with ice for my injury. Also, so sick and tired of being my own bellperson! What is up with that?? Price was inconsistent with amenities offered.

Location
My room was next to the elevator and I can hear it goes up and down all night long

Walking distance to all the restaurants
The rooms on Fair Oaks Blvd were too noisy so we moved
4.1
Easy access and very helpful and friendly staff.
Only 1 elevator working, couldn't get rooms next to or across from each other (we had 3 rooms with kids under 18) and the front entrance to the pool area card reader was not working.

The building was beautiful and the staff was super nice.
We had to clean the shower drain ourselves, the bed was uncomfortable, and the AC vent was not cleaned so the room was super warm. I was also charged twice and currently trying to get that fixed but the people cannot find my name or confirmation number in the system.

The rooms are nice and I love the layout of the bathroom.
Better hand soap, the soap used looks like soap from a 1 star hotel. The air conditioner did not work very well, just room temperature air coming out, so it’s warm and muggy in the room. What you get is really not worth the price per night.

The breakfast was great! Small but excellent selection of hot and cold options for breakfast.
Later hours--keep breakfast open until 10 weekdays and 11 weekends, but that's my personal preference.
