Excellent stay!

Nicely decorated lobby and rooms are large and comfortable. Walk-in shower was awesome! Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was excellent.

Concerned that our mobility room did not have a sofa bed. The room we booked was identified as a family room and showed a loveseat in the pictures associated with the room we booked . The mobility room we stayed in did not have a loveseat.

Best hotel on Chincoteague!

This is our second visit. Requested a first floor room. The rooms are well appointed. Staff very professional and friendly. I have been staying in different places on the island for 15 years. It’s by far the nicest.

I can’t think of anything.

Great location, beautiful hotel, Comfy beds!

The welcome staff especially Dennis was friendly and funny! The lobby is adorable and decorated well. The room was comfortable and clean I just wish we had chosen a better view then the parking lot but we were only there for one night. I didnt get to check out the pool first hand but it looked clean and was a nice size. Plenty of parking. Free Breakfast was a nice added bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

The price was a little high compared to other locations. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. the hotel "store" is too small and didn't offer very much.

Overall happy stay! As the stay went on breakfast got better, bathroom on main floor was much cleaner as well.

Location, covered balcony, Comfortable beds, Nice size clean rooms.

The bathroom on the main floor was quite dirty upon arrival, Breakfast the first morning we were there was Cold gravy and hard biscuits.

Ropewalk is near the hotel and has live music.

The view was nice. There were two restaurants in walking distance.

When I went to check in they asked if I checked in already and if I was related and another last name that started with the same letters as my own. They didn’t apologize for the mix up or explain what the mix up was. They explained we could not have any loud parties/ music. Friend me of mine staying at the same hotel were told they could not smoke/ vape for n the balcony. The room I went in to had pigeon poop all over the balcony. Which they said could not be controlled. But I was there for two days and there was not that much poop by the time I left so it’s like, they just didn’t clean it. They did send someone to clean it within in 30 mins. Later someone else called the room to ask me if I was related to the other individuals that they checked into my room. They apologized about how long check in too and gave me free ice cream..

Great stay, awesome hospitality!

The hotel is very very nice. The staff was sooo awesome. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and the breakfast was amazing. This is my second time staying here!

There is only one bedside table between the two queen beds. If there were just a small bedside table on the outside edge of each of the two beds, that would make it a lot easier when there are two people in one bed.

Exceptional

The Staff was pleasant and very attentive to your needs. In the morning when they ran out of waffle mix the cook came out made more and even made me a plate of hot ones. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and very friendly. The cleaning people were so nice and catered to what you needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Could switch up on the sausage everyday. Bacon or Canadian ham would be a nice change.

it was relaxing which is hat we were desiring

the breakfast was great, rooms were "roomy", was clean but should have waited until the Summer as it was cold and not many restaurants open.
