Breakfast was great. Hotel location was ok.

The pool was not like these pictures and the pool location was terrible. There was a nasty false fingernail in my room which means it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Comfortable stay but needs better communication/coordination

Breakfast was good with a kind people-person attendant- Ms Shae.She's definiely a gem. Always made sure breakfast items did not run out.

Initially, we were accidentally assigned a room that was still dirty with women's under wear left on floor. So it was a hassel to have to transfer to another.

Trip was adequate, but nothing to write home about. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

location was convenient & easy to find

Breakfast…just gotta do better! Expected rooms to be more spacious, but rooms were at least clean. I did not receive service (house cleaning) after first night!

It was a wonderful place to celebrate our 49th anniversary.

Location was great! Easy access to highway.

The carpet in our first room was frayed and unsightly...we requested a room change and the next room was fine.

Next time we will request a room on the other side of hall.

Breakfast was good. The room was very spacious and clean. We liked being on the second floor.

location was right next to interstate and we heard traffic all night. Needless to say, we didn't rest much. There was not a cart available to transport our luggage to our room and didn't have one when we checked out either.

I was shocked because the Hampton has always had such high standards and I was completely blown away

Breakfast was awful. The bananas the oranges and the apples were all rotten and had fruit flies . The muffins were stale and the bagels were rock hard... The cereal was old.... It was awful

The lamp was missing from my desk in the room and the remote control did not work and the door didn't close right so it had to completely be slammed to be closed and it created quite a rumble and a disturbance and the maintenance guy saw it this morning when I was trying to check out
