Parken direkt an der Tür Kostenlos.

Sauber war es nicht wirklich. Der Boden und das war wirklich nicht so sauber. Allgemein benötigt dieses Hotel eine Renovierung

The whole staff is very polite they work around-the-clock to keep the property sand the room's clean.

First you had to talk to someone in India and he had to repeat everything two or three times before we understood what he wanted. Not his fault he was doing the best he could. Now the hotel itself is in bad shape, it is old, the rooms had bad odors, the tub/showers we had to put down towels in the tub because we didn't want to go barefooted. Now I am speaking for myself and my friends in total we reserved three rooms and they were all bad, we were not comfortable and we paid 150 per night outrageous amount of money for what we walked into. I am totally disappointed and embarrass because I made the reservations for everyone. Let me add one more thing we were in Melbourne for a Vietnam Veterans reunion and we all served in Vietnam, and let me tell you I slept better in my bunk over there.

Computer Checkin

The bed was nice and comfy.

I didn't like the dirty AC filter I had to clean. I was not provided the original room I booked and the computer checkin device was a pain.. too much echo and the live agent was double charged me after I said I had prepaid for the room

Disappointing and disconcerting. Happy to leave.

It met the basic criteria of a room for the night with bathroom, wifi, etc. It was passably clean

No reception?! There is a computer screen instead and you have a remote zoom call with someone who can then pop out room keys and parking coupons from a slot on the machine. Disconcerting, poorly explained, poor sound quality and of course they can't take cash payments. and because no-one was on site, the fact that half a dozen rooms were having parties, playing music outdoors loudly, talking outside our room for hours, BBQing and smoking etc gave us noone we call on to shut it down. In the morning there was a 'to go' breakfast apparently but when we went down (someone was there then), were told "they didn't deliver the order, sorry" so no breakfast that day after all. Wasn't expecting much but they still managed to disappoint. Also, not easiest to find since sign out front not illuminated and hotel is hidden from view behdin other properties, one of which is a burnt out shell!
