It was near the Xmas party I went to. The bed was pretty comfortable. The water pressure was pretty good in the shower. Heat worked good.
The price, the 200 dollar deposit. The fact that I had to walk outside to walk back into the hotel because there's no hallway access to get ice. The late breakfast time. The coffee pot that they called a keurig so I brought my own k cups and it wasn't even a keurig. The far walk up two flights of stairs and over the entire parking lot to have a cigarette. The fact that they call EVERY room a lake view room. Just because you can see a piece of the lake from the very corner of a door wouldn't classify this particular room as a lake view and get charged for said view. The freezing cold floor in the bathroom because I was in the basement.

Breakfast was perfect. Location was fine, just have to go thru outside when it was raining but not a far walk.
All rooms are advertised as water front or view but the rooms closer to the office don’t really have a view. But that’s ok! Spend less time in side! Can even take your breakfast to go and eat at the beach or fire pit chairs

Staff was amazing, hot tub in the winter was amazing, right on the lake - beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was delicious and the staff made perfect recommendations for dinner spots. Definitely going back!

The breaks was great.. best part of our stay.
We booked through priceline and didn't get the room we were promised. Upsetting miscommunication. They would not call priceline for adjustment. Told us to call. Disappointing.

No value for dollars spent

view from room/balcony- this room has a balcony lower than the parking lot view. You can sit on the balcony and examine the underneath of cars or just take in the exhaust. For the price not worth it.

great location! sandy beach, kayaks and paddle boards to borrow, gorgeous grounds, lakefront hot tub
expensive, air conditioner very loud, room so humid the carpet felt wet, many rooms with view of parking lot only

Beautiful grounds.
TINY room for the price, but clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not great, coffee was nasty, bagles stale. everything locked up and you need to request access from scarce staff members.

Breakfast was nice, more than a continental breakfast. They had scrambled eggs and sausage every morning. The spot on the lake with a small sandy beach and grounds were beautiful. Room and amenities were very good too. Unfortunately the weather was cold and rainy, so could not take full advantage of the property.
Only parking. We attended an event across town in Guildford and we arrived back at Center Harbor Inn, only to find no available parking. A few of the guests were bikers and a few had trailers that took up as many as 5 parking spaces each. We actually parked at the public recreational area next door.
