Hotel was fine, problem solving skills were not.

Clean, most of the staff was kind and helpful.

Coffee for the rooms was scarce (we prefer to have coffee in our room vs coming down to the lobby). When asked via an email if everything was ok, I mentioned the coffee problem and was met with just extreme defensiveness.

Very nice facility.

Friendliness. No offense, but we're not fond of the breakfast; however, we were allowed to take 2 milks for free in the evenings so that we could take our medicine before going to bed. That was nice!

One of the elevators was out, so the wait was longer to get to our room. I asked for a first floor room, if possible. If there is a fire, we would have trouble getting down the stairs. So instead of giving us a second floor room they gave us a fourth floor room.

The room was equipped with all the items needed to feel at home. The bedding was so comfortable and I had such a restful stay. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit with my family!

Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and ended up costing us more because our third person ended up having to find anothe

The room was big and had a lot of furnishings like a full kitchen

The sofa bed was so incredibly uncomfortable. There were 3 of us and on of us just had to move to another hotel to be able to sleep. We spoke with multiple front desk associates who promised they’d look for another mattress from another room and bring it over and they didn’t do anything, then when you come down to the lobby in the morning they pretend they can’t see you because they’re aware they didn’t follow through on their word of trying to help you. We were promised a new sofa bed mattress, then later, a regular king size mattress and none of those ever came. It’s one thing that the mattress was uncomfortable for our third person, but it’s completely disappointing that the front desk associates promised to help and then completely ignored our requests for help. Overall, just because of the service I would never stay here again unless they attempted to make it right somehow.

Convenient location with an unusual wakeup call.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable for our stay. It was a convenient location for why we were in Houston but not much to see near the hotel area.

We were woken up at 6am on the weekend by the local high school band practicing just outside on an adjacent field. Noise dampening was weak in our room.

Spacious and clean.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you.

The pool wasn’t heated and it was very cold.

Great Price, Great Place

The whole place from lobby to the rooms were clean and we never once felt uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the location was perfect for visiting a friend in the area. Check in and out was seamless and the staff was very accommodating when we needed extra stuff. The room was spacious and it was quiet which was nice. Definitely has a homey vibe.

Honestly, it's not a dislike just more of an observation. The decor and wallpaper is a little outdated with not so great lighting but the big windows make up for it.

I like it had sitting area me and my family could meet in lobby.

The pillows needs to be replaced, front desk couldn’t tell me how to find TV guide on tv. Lady who check me in wasn’t friendly at all. I believed the breakfast area it should have separated tables understand it’s small area but I would have like to have sit in breakfast area with family.
