Hated it

The room was nice

The pool wasn’t available due to not having a proper pump. That was my entire purpose of booking because I wanted to get in the pool.

No me gustó, fue q tenía q dejar 50 dólares en fondo, nunca entendí porque, cuando ya era las 11 ya estaba tocando mi puerta para q me fuera , el baño un poco sucio e anti higienico.

My stay there was alright but could have been better?

Best Value at the Best Western in Newnan.

Great location, quiet nights, and clean. Sincere staff willing to work with you on lodging concerns. Beds were new and slept great too.

Metal Box Springs squeak with each move. Maybe a few more selections on Continental Breakfast. And TV Remote to work.

Fine for a stay overnight

Staff was nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast has many options

Pool was open but dirty. Surrounding area had alot of trash on the ground. Lots of construction made access to hotel a bit difficult

VERY clean, great staff, great value!

Every employee was SO nice. The rooms were incredibly clean and tidy. The free breakfast is super yummy and has a good variety of cold and hot options. The pool is very nice.

The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be assigned parking spots outside the rooms so you don't have to park far away from your room.

Not hospitable and no class at all. Spend your money elsewhere.

The bed was clean and comfortable

The staff was very rude. When I told the front desk lady STACY she didn't have to be rude she said she "would show me rude" and then became even more combative. I left the lobby without coffee or breakfast . The staff the day before clearly did not like their job there either. Do Stacy a favor & fire her out of her misery before you lose even more patrons.

Very convenient.

That they served breakfast or the fact you can walk over to ihop if you like. I also like the fact that when i called to the front desk to let them know that the toilet didnt work he brought a new set of keys to change rooms.

When i stay here a couple of years ago i didnt pay a deposit. This visit they make you pay a deposit up front if you not in the system. They looked me up in the system and he say he couldnt find me. And they give you something like a lottery ticket for breakfast.

It's so clean!!!!! You can eat off the floors. Well lit, it's so nice not to feel afraid to walk to my car. Or to lobby. The location is perfect as far as retail and food. I can say I've never stayed somewhere so nice.... The prices are very fair, the people are friendly and helpful, everyone here is that nice and helpful, the first night I checked in was Saturday and the hotel was full yet it was so quiet, as it has been every night. This best Western was one of the best places I have ever stayed. As a single older female safety is a huge factor, cleanliness, and friendly staff... Are huge pluses when traveling.... You get all of that and more here. I give this Best Western 10 stars!!!!!

Superb

Clean, extremely hot water, everything worked as it should and convenient to everything

My bed wasn't very comfortable. It had a lump in the middle section. However, the 2nd bed was a little more comfortable.

The staff was so friendly with us. Made us feel so at home and even give us information for our pet who was feeling homesick I believe 🥰 I do wish the pool was open and the yard to walk a baby dog was mowed cause I hated to take him on the property to where everyone walks. But considering they were in the middle of remodeling and the COVID-19 was creating workers to actually work I was just fine as long as my baby my feeling good and had to go pee pee.. Anyway we will be back and always look forward to staying here❤️ As Long As they don’t run out of coffee 😂😂😂😂 Thank You All

It was easy to find and was located in a central area with lots of restaurants around it.

The room was not cleaned properly. I clean houses and rentals for a living. I would be fired if I left a house the way that room was left. There were stains on the walls and doors that honestly looked like blood.

Pleasant

The room itself was wonderful. The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the fridge and microwave.

The shower leaked water pooled outside of the shower. Several guests were hanging out on the balcony and all around the hotel.

The staff the room and the hotel in itself was great. The hotel was located in the middle of Newnan also a plus. The cleanliness of the rooms and the grounds were very well kept

Terribly disappointing smoke filled room ruined our stay.

Room was very clean.

Despite seeking out a non smoking room in specific, the room we bought REEKED of smoke, to the point where my asthmatic partner still felt sickly the day afterwards. The fire alarm also went off at 3 am, because some idiot decided to light up a cigarette in the kitchen and set off the smoke alarm.

Location

Crack in door, you could see outside. Deadbolt lock was broke. We had people knocking on our door and window at midnight and neighbors didn’t quiet down until 2 am.
