location was great, in the middle of Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket.

Clean
The bed linens are ready for the dump. Bed pillows like blocks of sand. I went and bought pillows for $8 each that are far superior.
A little comfort goes a long way at these prices.
Quieter air conditioner would be a big improvement.

The location and privacy of the unit was great. We liked this unit better than the previous one we stayed in. We liked the layout of the cottage overall.
The unit could have been cleaner and there were stains on the rugs and furniture. The kitchen did not include a dishwasher, and had old, stained dish rack, utensils, etc. The cable service didn't work in the bedroom until I was able to troubleshoot it. The lamp above the left bed was broken. And it would have been nice to have access to login to our own streaming services on the TVs.

Sheets and pillows could have been higher quality.

Chris from booking.com was very helpful. I did not receive my pre arrival email, and he was able to get us the info, and stayed on the phone until we were in the unit.
Unit was EXTREMELY musty smelling. Both screen doors were are in bad shape and need repair. Pictures only show the living room area, not the bedrooms or baths (which are very old). Mini blinds do not block the sun, so we were woken by the light flooding the room at 5:30 AM. Kitchen was old, but serviceable. Will not book there again.
