Great location to base out of for trips to Seattle.

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Nice location to stay at and take a shuttle to downtown Seattle for a football game.

The parking stalls are so small. I don't understand why I have to pay to park when I am paying for a hotel room.

Suited my needs, but would look for more comfortable feeling accommodations next time

The location of the hotel suited my needs. The late night concierge and garage security gentlemen were both extremely friendly

The room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned…there were candy wrappers under the night stand by the bed. The decor was cold and impersonal.

Our stay

Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We asked the front desk if he could print us directions to Lumen field and he said he didn't know where that was and told me to use my Google maps on my phone. He then went to get manager. I asked the manager of he could tell me the closes sound transit station/ park and ride, his reply was I didn't vote for that so I don't know............. There was no information post or sheet in room for check out or when breakfast started and ended. So we missed that.

Great last day location to share Anniversary with local family in Issaquah and Lakeside in Maple Valley. Close to Airpo

Close to family and interests like the Paragliding Landing Port, and near good dining! It was clean and cool as well as comfortable!

Spacious room, accessible.

Minimal horizontal surface in bathroom. Room lacked warmth, in design. Breakfast not accessible to vegan diet. Housekeeping did not check in to replace towels, etc.

Very good

The rooms are very nice and spacious. This hotel has just about everything you need. Good parking. Very close to Issaqua city center and shopping areas. It's a new hotel so everything is clean and up to date.

The breakfast was a bit small. The air conditioning was a bit difficult. The room is so large and the thermostat on the far end from the AC so it gets real cold and than warm and than real cold.

Didn’t stay there

You charged me I didn’t have Room when I confirmed it I tried to cancel it you still charged me 900 dollars I didn’t even stay there I’ll never use booking again

Booking.com is terrible I’ll never use them again or refer anyone to use them I needed to cancel and they still charged my card I didn’t need the room after I booked another hotel when I pre checked in and they told me I didn’t have a reservation, I had the confirmation email and it still said I had no rooms m but was still charged the 900 dollars

Great business stay in Issaquah!

Clean, quiet and great location! Lady at front desk at check in was very professional and helpful. Good coffee and breakfast. Overall, a great business stay.

Everything

Teen age children running around for all hours of the night and knocking on strangers doors. Parents apparently were aware and laughing at the lack of security to enforce the rules. We had an early morning and didn't get much sleep at all

it was clean, efficient check in

all the UP charges! it was ridiculous! $15 fee to park a car, does this hotel think people fly in on a unicorn?! $75 pet fee!! I get it some people are pet slobs but $75 is a bit much. the fee to park got me though, no security, noting special. and the “free” breakfast was the worst!! I guess corporate company’s think people got rich on the COVID government dole out. 🤦🏼‍♀️ rant over have a nice day😁

Spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, proximity to desired locations.

Room above us was rambunctious until 11:30-12. Might of been children not sure and decided it wasn't worth calling about as it was hit and miss not a constant uproar. I totally understand the excitement of little ones on a hotel visit.

Modern hotel, not stiff (nor charming) but a good choice for families, business people or groups.

There is coffee in the thermos' all day long in the lobby downstairs. I liked the way the room was set up; we had a sofa that doubled as a bed (my 14-year-old said it was comfy) with a pull out bed underneath. This was separated from the "master bed" by a desk with a glass screen. Fridge/drinks area was clean. A true closet was delightful. Shopping is within walking distance. A little longer walk takes you to Gilman Villiage.

I thought it was a bit pricey, but I remember Issaquah as a cow-town. The area is very commercial, so not terribly inviting. Our view was of a drab parking lot. Breakfast was just ok: a lot of packaged goods, some fruit.

I didn’t like it

the bathroom was not good a broken sink (crack in the middle), broken mirror. the tub was all scratched and one toilet paper.

the bathroom and the bed will make noise every time I got on it.
