Nice simple motel room with a small frig, coffee pot, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. WIFI went out during a major storm but that's to be expected in the mountains. Restaurant next door was great! Location cannot be beat if you're going hiking or exploring Mt. Rainier National Park. I left something behind in the room and staff were great about putting it aside until I could send someone to collect.

The room was very clean. I am a housekeeper myself and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Room was simple and bed was comfy
The key cards are sensitive and we got locked out of our room when we were in a time crunch.

Close to Mt Rainier. Pretty location.
Door to room stuck badly, no luggage cart, staff not friendly, ice machine was in lobby with limited access (didn’t open until 9), no amenities for breakfast - only coffee available when lobby open, room was not well lit

Bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable.

The location was just a few minutes away from Mt Rainier National Park. There were several restaurants nearby. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.

the air conditioner/heater was awfully loud
8.0 / 10.0
The front desk person was friendly and helpful.
Overall, it was spacious for one queen bed, including bathroom. Obviously, it was ADA-accessible on the ground floor with a parking space and pathway right up to our door.
Key card worked on first try!
Mini fridge kept our food cold.
Coffeemaker was clean and ready to use.
20 minute drive to White Pass!
Cigarette smoke greeted us as we unloaded our bags into the room. I noticed an outdoor ashtray, located two doors down.
Pillows were extremely soft, not supportive during sleep (had to fold the two pillows to make it comfortable).
I noticed carpet was a bit dingy. I laid a bath towel down to do pre-stretches right before we left for White Pass.
Not much of a TV person, but when I turned it on, I quickly turned it off after fidgeting with settings for brighter crisper images unsuccessfully.
FYI - Key card deactivates if you store it in pocket with your cell phone. If it's after 9pm, it's quite a fiasco to get back into your room.

The blankets on the beds are very thin. It felt like I had a few sheets, no blankets.
