Easy to book with a pet. Right price. Pet walking close by. Close to gas stations, interstates, restaurants. Great staff

J’ai demandé une chambre calme et je n’ai pas á me plaindre, c’était calme.

Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour disposer d’une cuisine. Nous avons eu une cuisine sans aucun ustensil. Rien de rien même pas un verre ni assiette ou autre équipement. Je me suis renseigné si des couverts et assiettes êtaient disponibles et on m’a répondu que malheureusement les cuisines n’étaient jamais équipées. Bon … interesting is what the american would say.

No use to provide a kitchen (no kitchenware)

The room is spacious and the bed comfortable.

No kitchenware provided but the room has a kitchen. In My Place Moab, a couple of weeks earlier, they provided to us the kitchenware. Why all hotels are not aligned to what they provide or not. I booked this hotel for the cooking possibilities actually. So it was a bad surprise. Also the hotel sells kitchenware but it’s really expensive. So nobody will buy them if you stay one night. I will not go again. Also strange smells in the corridors of the hotels.

A nice, relaxing pit stop during a long road trip.

Staff was friendly and make the check in process quick and easy. The hotel was pet friendly which was important as I was traveling with my dog. I like that the rooms had a small kitchen.

Won’t be staying there again…

Cheaper than otherplaces. Fairly clean room other than the kibbles and bits on the floor in the entry way. It was quiet.

Gave us keys to occupied rooms twice before finding one unoccupied. No breakfast, small bed for two people (full size or double). Only one very slow elevator, recliner in room was peeling the fake leather plastic and Salvation Army would not accept as a donation. Furnishings look cheap.

Not forthcoming on prices and not responsive staff

Good location

Staff weren’t responsive, booked due to it being pet friendly then after fully paying for room, checking with hotel about pet fee and being told I was taken care of, charged an additional 80 dollars for my pet for just two nights…therefore making the room not cost effective and I could have stayed somewhere nicer with no pet fee for less.

For the price the rooms need to SMELL CLEAN AND FEEL CLEAN which my room did not.

The location was okay, happy that they had truck parking which was extremely helpful.Liked the full size refrigerator, nice stove and sink.

The room had an awful musty smell I had to go buy spray to freshen up the room. I had to wipe down the counter tops, door knobs, bathroom sink was dirty,No breakfast, the staff was not very knowledgeable.

The fridge made lots of noise at night… we had to unplug it & NO continental breakfast & there was no coffee the 2x we tried getting it on our way out.

Great hotel and staff.

very friendly customer service experience. Booked this hotel short notice because of a relative that was having open heart surgery in Lubbock. He ended up being released from the hospital before the end of our reservation and the hotel manager was kind enough to refund us the remaining balance. We appreciate the generosity during this time. Thank you.
