Great grounds, pleasant staff ..nice rooms..they did send maintenance up to try and vacuum up all the bugs but couldn't get them..they look like lady bugs but guy said they weren't...other than that it was a pleasant room
When we arrived, was gobs of bugs, they disabled our cards before we checked out. And the worse... Had to take a cold shower..wasn't any hot water .just barely a little warm.

I brought my parents for there 37th anniversary and my dads 69th birthday this past weekend! We absolutely loved staying there, the rooms were clean- we were not in a newly renovated room, which was sad, BUT our room was very clean and the beds were SOOOO comfortable, we slept like babies! Only negative i have is that there is not enough lighting outside from the parking lot at building 5 to the sidewalk to get to the rooms. Sunday morning when we were leaving my 69 year old dad (on his birthday 10/20 ) fell at 6am when we were leaving due to not being able to see and tripped over the indention in the sidewalk! I think one or two added lights outside in the parking lot/sidewalk area, would be so beneficial for elderly people! other than that, we had a WONDERFUL stay and will definitely be back to check out the newly renovated rooms!

Easy to get to other venues.
Room wasn’t ready by 4pm. For the price and fact that a lot of rooms were closed expected this to happen. Rooms were outdated.

Supposedly staff was short. The pancake mix was watered down. The lady told my husband it was fine, but the pancake didn't form. She then mixed up a fresh half batch. The choice otherwise was 3 boiled eggs, a few pieces of two kinds of toast, and one smashed bagel. At least there was cereal. No creamer for coffee.
Wi-fi did not work. Coffee maker didn't work. Short of staff I guess...comforters were in chairs out front of several rooms, including ours. This was 8:30 pm.

Nothing! The room was not fit for accommodating guests.
The room was impossible to survive in even for one night. The aircon/heater did not work. Every 5 minutes it jumped into action, pushing out a huge noise. We could not sleep throughout the night as it made us jump every 5', thinking it was a war or an attack was afoot. The noise was as loud as standing next to an airplane with its motor on. The heater did not even give out enough warmth. The Tremont Lodge has so many rooms, yet they gave us a room with nothing that functioned! Cleanliness was below average. Coffee machine did not work. We called the reception at 8 minutes past 8 in the morning, and nobody responded. We then went to the reception, nobody was there. The office was not even open at 8 am. We needed assistance and could not get any because there were nobody there to give any kind of assistance.
Terrible experience. Given the horrible experience we are going to claim our money back

Ok
The manager Travis and his ruthless behavior

The room originally reserved was down a flight of stairs or down a steep sidewalk. I am unsteady on my feet and can't do steps or steep inclines. The next morning we were moved to a perfect room with no steps!!!

Everything was great! We love this small townC, pools were great, staff was super friendly, room was clean, big and very comfortable! We loved it
3.6
Bed was soft, convenient location, and the staff was nice.
I wasn’t aware ahead of time that there would be only 3 Tv stations (Fox, cnn, and the weather channel). If I’d seen that in the information, I’d still book there, but I’d bring my FireStick or something.

The cabin was roomy and quiet.
I was not informed the place was under going a major renovation. It was hard to even find the office to check in.
3.6
The location was perfect for us.
The nights were quite as they should be
We had an issue with our vehicle and one of the male staff stopped to check on us which was very thoughtful.
The breakfast room was extremely crowded and a little overwhelming due the full capacity at the hotel.
3.6
Room was clean, towels were nice, bed was comfortable, no noise from adjoining rooms.
The old furnishings, no phone to call front desk, Air Conditioner was very loud - rattled and sounded like an airplane taking off when the compressor kicked in which resulted in poor sleep. Exterior was very deteriorated. Was not the room that was pictured - lacked a lot of the amenities that were listed on the website. Very limited channels on the TV - could not find local channels to check weather conditions.
3.6
Shampoo and conditioner provided. Bed was soft and comfortable
The room we were given was nothing like the pictures provided online.
We were given a handicapped room - not requested, the shower was horrible. The water pressure was non existent. No hair dryer, the TV was TINY, the walls were dirty and this is more of a MOTEL rather than a hotel- lodge.
Way over priced for the room.

I was very pleased with my stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the value was excellent, as was the location. The grounds are lovely, and the staff is very kind. Will definitely stay again!

Quiet with beautiful grounds. Clean. The staff were all great. The new management was actively working on prior neglect with repairs and improvements. I'd definitely recommend it and would make a point of staying there again if I return to the area.

We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast this time but every thing else was perfect

The rooms were super clean, we liked the front door and the back door to a little sitting area

The desk clerk was courteous. The location was great, very close to the entrance to the National Park.
We made a mistake and did not request a ground floor room. There are no elevators. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and has trouble with stairs. There was no iron or ironing board in the room.
3.6
The location was wonderful and quiet. Staff was friendly and super helpful. They were very informative and treated my family and I very well. The room was large and comfortable and was a great stay for the price.
No real complaints the indoor heated pool was not working but we were informed of that and it really wasn't a big deal because things break and it takes time to get it fixed.

The real wood burning fireplace
The rude and un kind staff and owner!
There were people above us that were "friends" of the owner. Mr. Patel they were very loud, had kids in a 1bed king room suite. when i Addressed the owner about the situation he stated " Why did you not enjoy the room? You stayed all night in it! "
He said well " I will fight with booking and you will pay for this damn room"
were his exact words to me...
Well of course we stayed, it was non refundable!!
On top of that you all nor the hotel advised us that we would be charged an extra $50 charge when we got there for a security deposit!!!!!!!!

loved the view from our room, the pool and hot tub was an added bonus, staff was helpful and very nice, especially when booking last minute.

Comfortable and cozy. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Location, facilities and staff were all very good and we wish we could have stayed more!
Some details in the rooms could be arranged with details, the tissue box was empty, no bathtub plug.

The location
Its quite far from National park and not much restaurants available near by.
3.6
Bed comfortable. Spiderwebs all over the room the Jacuzzi had baby spiders and webs inside of it. Not very happy.
Spiders everywhere

None
We had 5 rooms and there were bugs in all the rooms. It needs some major updating. The ceiling had a big water pocket by the door when you walk in.
3.6
I like quiet , not tourist trap cities. It’s close to Smokey mountain park and blue ridge pkwy
3.6
being away from
the busy streets
house keeping did not bring us towels
even with sign outside of door. Rooms
had one air conditioner and in the bedroom is stayed hot and humid. no garbage bags. love the location but would not stay again
3.6
The bed was very comfortable.
The grounds were totally overgrown. Pools were either not available or dirty. Children were in the hot tub the whole time. A couple was practically having sex in it also. Yes at the same time. It was disgusting. We had a woman who was clearly needing a fix sitting outside our door half the night. Would not recommend to anyone. If we hadn’t already paid we’d have driven home. Shower head fell off the wall while my husband showered. Bugs and dirt on the floor also.
3.6
The location was nice. The pool areas was really nice.

I like everything I love this place I keep going back it's wonderful

the bed was so comfortable!
the property was really worn down. they could have taken care of everything better. a lot is out of date and the rooms were dingy - hardly any light. it was all run down and out of date. only decent thing was the bed. the soda machine didn’t work and neither did the pool our building was next to.
the balcony outside my room was full of bugs and cobwebs.
