like being near a crossing walk to access the beach
kitchen tools unavailable as advertised.. the futon was terribly uncomfortable

There was no breakfast served. We did find a place to eat for breakfast. The location was great.
The rooms could have been bigger. The ocean view was not good. I thought it was a full ocean view.

The condo was right across the street from the beach. Excellent location. Great amenities to the condo; pool, laundry, kitchen, elevator, large parking lot.
The room was made for 2 adults and 2 kids but it seemed kind of crowded but we made the best of it.

The property was located directly across the road from the beach and had beach access near by. It was cutely decorated with a beach theme throughout. There were extra bedding, towels, etc, as well as beach supplies free to use. The property was also just a short distance from the historic downtown area.
The property is located directly next to a busy intersection so it was quite loud in the living area due to traffic. It was difficult to get out of the complex due to the traffic at the intersection. There is a beach view from the condo; however, the beach view is over the busy intersection.

Enjoyed the property. Back door wouldn’t lock but otherwise We enjoyed it. The renters were very thoughtful when they set up our condo for our young family.

Great room. They had everything there for the family and some. It was the best place we have stayed at in a long time. We will definitely go back.

Location
Not sure got right condo. I booked two queen beds. Three adults. Ended up with 1 queen bed, bunk beds and a futon. The futon was very difficult to open and close (heavy) I am 70 years old. My daughter and granddaughter (22 years old) were able to open it. Also bunk bed was tight fit for granddaughter. Will make sure my booking is correct next time concerning two queen beds. Everything else was nice.

The room was absolutely excellent. The owner really did a wonderful job, even had popsicles and games for the kids.

This unit had everything a family needs from
surf toys to q- tips to sun screen to water and cokes ice cold and waiting to be sipped on. Excellent stay. If you are lucky enough to catch this condo available do your family a favor and stay.

Everything about this unit was perfect. Would definitely recommend this unit for another stay in the future. Excellent 5 star stay.

Pros: Perfect location my kids loved the cute bunk beds. We stayed in 215 and it had everything we needed for the beach, from beach towels to beach chairs. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants around to feed all the kiddos. Surprisingly, the futon was decent for sleeping. I ended up falling asleep during the process of putting my youngest to sleep, woke up pretty refreshed. When we first walked into the apartment there was tropical music playing that matched the decor, I must say...that was a cute touch.
Cons: I'm a stickler for detail and this location could really hit the mark if it had a proper broom and matching bath towels. Definitely needs some organization between the closets and storage under the bunk beds. The bathroom shower curtain and rings needs to be replaced, but we only stayed a short time so it served its purpose.

Location was good. Decorated nicely.
No toilet paper. I called Tracie, the host, about it, left a message. She never called back. Front desk reluctantly gave us some. The deadbolt lock on hall closet was locked open so we could not shut it to secure it away from our 1 year old. Bathroom doors stick and hard to open. Apt. Was not thoroughly cleaned. When we wiped the floor, the paper towel was black. Towels smelled like cigarettes. Electric outlets in bedroom broken and dangerous. Felt like we had to do much of the cleaning even though we paid $65. We had to take out our trash, wash our dishes, gather our towels.

Convenience, cute condo, comfortable and clean and beachy feel and owner and concierge went out of their way to make me feel welcome! Had a very relaxing time!
A little too much activity in the general area for my personal taste, but very convenient to the beach and a really good Mexican restaurant!
3.5 / 5.0
Location was in walking distance to many eating establishments and grocery stores. There was also easy access to the beach which was directly across the street. The unit was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.
The sofa needs to be replaced and at times it could get a little loud with the street traffic.
