Dirty rooms make the hotel seem trashy.

Pool was nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was great at check in.

. Our room was dirty. Floor was not vacuumed and the window was covered in hand/foot prints. The headboard was also covered in grease prints. We asked for a trash bag they said they didn’t have any which was when we were checking out.

They need to correct their website to say "No pets." and learn how to answer the phone.

Their website said they were "pet Friendly". I called several times to confirm, but they never answered the phone. When I arrived after a long day's drive, they would not give me a room because I had my pet dog with me.

Great people and location

The front desk guys were great Jalen and the guy he was training are very social and caring they need more people like y’all. Also got to meet late shift Mrs. Brenda you are a breath of fresh air, my child never talks to someone he does not know, and he warmed right up to you and smiled and talked like you knew each other for years!! Wow west Memphis ar you guys have a set of kind front desk staff!!! Rarely see this any more!! Will be coming back! Thanks Jalen and Brenda

It was so so....

The address was wrong in the website booking.com Staff didn’t honor the price of booking.com. though it was a small difference but staff encourages to book directly with them.

Nice hotel if you can stand the highway noise.

Clean and comfortable.

Too close to the highway. Too noisy. Direct tv quit working and the clerk told me to come down and they would give me another room. I was already settled and in bed at the time. I declined.

It was WONDERFUL and we will be coming back!

I had actually booked another hotel, but it was a bad choice. We left and came to this hotel. I believe the person working was Cameron. I explained what happened and he got us set up with a room and gave us a discount. He made us feel so welcomed. Then the next morning we were looking at the brochures and a very nice lady came over and gave us some information on the trolley to get to Dollywood. I think her name was Queen. She also got us set up with a membership. We will most definitely be coming back!! Thank y’all so much!!

I don’t think there is anything you need to do. Just keep doing what you are.

Easy access

Clean rooms, nice decor, friendly staff, great breakfast

Right next to the interstate so constant noise of vehicles while trying to sleep. Sound proofing rooms should have been part of the design with it so close to interstate but nothing you can do about it now.

Superb

I liked the room and bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

The breakfast could've been a little bit better but it was edible so that's the only complaint I'll have everything else was excellent

Excellent stay

New hotel right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants located around the hotel so we didn't have to go far. One thing we didn't realize when we booked was that West Memphis was in Arkansas. We chose this area so we were ready to head north on the interstate in the morning vs driving through Memphis morning rush hour which was perfect. We felt very safe staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady who was very upbeat. Highly recommend this hotel.

Traffic noise from the interstate but we were tired so didn't mind

The lady at the check in was nice

For being a Holiday Inn I was expecting a little more. The room needed paint in a few places The worst part was that it smell like sewer drain Lucky we were move to another floor

Romm was clean, bec was comfortable.

There was a weird smell, like sewer gas coming from somewhere. The a/c was making the carpet wet in front of it, otherwise fine
