Got kinda loud at night. Pillows weren’t the best.

The security ..the view
Bathroom door. ( more private would be better ) paying for parking ( should be free for hotel customer)

Parking garage was connected to the hotel so was convenient to get to. Friendly staff and secure . Nice clean rooms

Great location
The floors everywhere were very dirty. The floors in the rooms had very obvious crumbs and dirt, like nobody had swept or vacuumed at all.

Great location. Staff was nice and kind. Overall hotel looked clean.
A/C didn't work and we have to change room. The fridge of the new room made a horrible noise during sleeping time. Someone knocked our door at 1 am and scared us, my husband checked and he heard steps running on the hall.
They charged for parking which I wasn't informed. First room bed, it's comforter looked old and bed wasn't comfortable. Thankfully we changed rooms. Towels in second room had a smell that clearly indicated that they were not washed properly.

Breakfast was great
Parking fee

Centrally located, secure
An extra roll of TP would have been nice. One never knows what ills a customer may have and thus, you should think about stocking an extra roll in the rooms. The cost to value ratio is positive, I assure you. Nothing like waking up and having to run down to the front desk for TP, because there’s literally 1 sheet left. Additionally, extra TP will also promote a more luxury feel to the hotel, IMO.

I really can't say what I did not like or did like because it's simple fact is the people made me feel like they were very racist very racist and they did not want me and they discriminating me I've been there before I think it's a staff and the people that is in charge I did not stay there they told me that I did not pay for my room and he said I couldn't stay there so I can't say if it was clean or not but I can say that I can say that they was unprofessional they did not want us they did not want me there I am a social worker and I felt uncomfortable I hope people with homeless disappointment homeless and people on the Virgin homelessness they treated me like I was nothing now I know how the people in my clients feel
I did not like the staff the staff was very cold and hurt I asked for a manager and the manager the man said he was the manager he was very cold and hurt he had no such thing for nobody I told him I paid 200 on what three hundred dollars in my room and he laughed at me he said I cannot find your reservation so I paid for the room that I cannot stay in because they can't find my reservation

Very clean
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The room/bathroom was as clean as a whistle. It had every amenity I could want at the price point as well. Parking was straightforward, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and location couldn't have been better for my purposes! Oh, and the shower was phenomenal!
Nothing stood out as needing drastic improvements. Our TV's firmware was out of date, so we had to wait a good while to use it, but that's being particularly nit-picky.

I was there to see a show and it’s was perfect location only one block from the venue.
The noise is crazy late at night with all the people and clubs letting out at the same time. Bass from cars driving by was so loud you could hear it in the bathroom. The upside is about 2am it did stop.

the location
the cleaning. I was not cleaned on any of the 3 nights I stayed.

it was so modern and just felt comfortable. it was enough to be in a good location where we needed to go
not being able to get in from the ramp

The location of the hotel is the sole reason I choose to stay there.
Lee, front desk agent who checked me in was rude and unwilling to share pertinent hotel and parking information.

Love the location. it’s very close to the Target Center, restaurants and parks. The bedding was great. Our room view was nice from the 9th floor.
All the rest was a disaster. I didn’t expect this kind of service at all. The first negative thing was a reception. Asian gentleman even didn’t try to be welcoming. He did his job without looking at us like everything he cared was the computer in front him. Next breakfast, the first day everything looked promising except the fact that there wasn’t coffee in the breakfast area and we were directed to grab one in the lobby but there wasn’t milk in the lobby and they told us to return to kitchen for some milk OMG. The next day the breakfast was partially empty and we should wait for bakery to be baked and coffee to be brewed but our third morning was a pick. NOTHING but yesterday’s cold eggs and dry cereal. No toast, no bread, no cheese , no fruit, no coffee. I asked about any kind of toasts at least. The woman explained us that they hadn’t got food delivery but in 5 minutes she found 2 pieces of gluten free toasts for me ( my other members of the family weren’t so lucky:) I am ok with gluten and didn’t need any dietary bread but I was happy to have toasts. And the last but not least. PARKING: they charged us $35+ taxes per night and we were ok with that. In the morning we we’re approaching our car and shocked to see that 3 cars next to ours had broken glasses. People were calling police and told us that that night a bunch of cars were damaged ( at the paid hotel parking!!!!!!!!) Noone looked for our vehicles. They charged guests and that was all service. Forgot about Elevator: cards were not working in the elevator and you needed to ask other guests to activate your floor for you. The room card worked appr 70% of times in the elevator. It’s annoying.

the location was great; within walking distance from North Loop, Nicolette Mall and nightlife.
that housecleaning doesn’t come every day. that wasn’t explained when checking in. and unfortunately no king beds in the room: had realized when booking…
the lobby is modern but a bit tired here and there.

The view
The Asian receptionist was so rude…The building itself is very funny and very difficult to locate the hotel from the parking lot…The property had so many loose boys and girl loitering and fighting all in the parking lot…I had a very bad experience…And I had to pay almost 80 dollars a day in parking because for every time I leave and come back I will have to pay $20 dollars when leaving the hotel

The refrigerator didn't work and was stuck at 64 degrees. The toilet did not flush...gross!
