Besides that it was great

We stayed in 210 and had to call and complain about the people up stairs kept stomping all night off and on

Comfortable, accommodating, clean, and safe

Great breakfast options, extra fold out bed for kids, Lobby was clean and staff was friendly

Fold out bed not so comfortable, neighbors kept us up and other parents let there kids run around the hotel being loud inconsiderate to others staying there

Superb

It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and welcoming, it did feel almost like a second home, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and thought all the choice were amazing and delicious

the ac in the elevators and hallway of the 3rd floor didn't seem to be working as they felt very warm and had an oddish smell to them, and the ice machines were out of order too

Coffee was great. So many hotels have watery coffee, not this one. It was my jam :)

For me, the bed was too hard. My husband thought it was fine.

Overall I was very pleased with the accommodations and would try book here again next time I travel.

The location was convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The beds themselves were a little worn down and the bedding was thin.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Close to SOOOO much. Staff was friendly and Bryan that worked night shift was AMAZING

I Loved the size of the room. Loved the dishwasher and refrigerator.

I didn't like that I had to cook the breakfast in a microwave. I was upset that both eggs and the sausage/biscuit had cheese on them. I am allergic to cheese, so I wasn't able to eat any. You were out of biscuit by 8 am. You should offer a breakfast without cheese

Loved everything except the breakfast. Hotel definitely needs to improve that.

Loved everything about the property and staff.

The breakfast is terrible. All the food available are heated up frozen food. Compared to other properties I’ve stayed at, this was some of the worst breakfast.
