Clean and well kept; very well managed.
Entertainment options could be updated a little but other than that it was good.

Everything-you would struggle to find a single fault with this place. The staff are fantastic, the room was wonderful and the pool area etc were lovely.

The resort is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The staff was friendly, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the overall environment was very welcoming. It was really a very lovely stay.
Pineapple Point is in a fairly residential neighborhood. It’s a bit of a drive to get to either the beach or Wilton Manors.

Free parking, free breakfast, free wifi, free happy hour. Lush and tropical with great room, very comfortable bed, and great shower. The staff was exceptional and helpful at all times! Nice pool to relax in or out of the sun. You never have to leave the resort. The staff will order out for meals!
Everything was wonderful!

Pineapple plane is one of the best resorts I think I may have ever stayed at. I will definitely be returning everyone is incredibly friendly and I felt very warm and welcomed by all people on the premises.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean though it is a little run down. The clientele are wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the people there.
The continental breakfast is really disappointing. It’s a collection of plastic wrapped commercial food options from big box stores. An omelet in a microwaveable cup? No thanks. Sugary cereal in self service boxes. “French toast” in a plastic wrap ready for the toaster. For $400 a night this isn’t what we expected.
There was no WiFi in our room. Bathroom tile was grimy, rugs were polypropylene and felt worn and dirty to the bare foot. The toilet and shower backed up during our stay.
The whole place seemed out of date and run down. Most of it needs a serious upgrade if this guest house is going to continue charging $400-700 per night.

The place is beautiful and really well maintained, from the outside areas to the room itself. The services during the day from drinks and snacks to pool towels, sunscreen, ice and other things - are a very nice addition. The breakfast was also varied and the possibility of getting Nespresso coffee from a Nespresso machine is a corrective experience for those who come from Europe and don't get along with American coffee :). The location was also excellent within walking distance to the main restaurant boulevard and other places.
When we got the room it had a very strong smell of cleaning materials and unfortunately it was not possible to open a window in the room to ventilate and we had to leave the door open. The large staff at the place are really lovely and helpful but when requests come in that are a bit out of the ordinary it seems to get a bit cumbersome. For example, we asked to change towels, they told us they would bring us to the room, but after two hours we had to go again this time with the towels themselves and ask again. The coffee from the espresso machine is also made only by the employees of the place and even though I asked for a cappuccino, I received an espresso. The happy hour is a nice idea, it's just a shame that there aren't drinks that are a little happier like cocktails, etc. Although there is a large selection of good beers and wines, there is generally no open bar in the pool (even if it is paid) is possible You can of course call the reception and order, but again everything is a bit too cumbersome. It is possible that there is an intention to keep the employment of the staff (of course I definitely encourage it, it is a livelihood for good and helpful people) and therefore most of the services require interaction with the staff but sometimes it is a bit too cumbersome.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Right from when you first enter the front gate you feel as if you’re on a private island. The guest rooms are beautiful, and the grounds are second to none.

The amenities were great. I enjoyed breakfast, happy hour, and the book of recommended restaurants. The room was great too. The staff went above and beyond. Very well done
I didn’t like that while I was in the shower, I could see people getting breakfast and checking in or out. I had to hang a towel on my window blinds.

I have stayed in all kinds of resorts and hotels across the country, and I don't think any of them hold a candle to Pineapple Point. The level of customer service here is unparalleled, as the staff goes above and beyond to take care of you. The breakfast has a ton of options (and delicious coffee). The free happy hour is great, and includes little packs of crackers, cheese, and meats. They will order takeout for you, plate the food, and deliver it to your chaise by the pool. The entire team was attentive and helpful beyond my wildest dreams. On top of that, the grounds are a lush paradise. There's space to spread out or be social (and you're guaranteed to make great new friends). Our room was incredibly spacious with a remarkably comfy bed. And amenities are everywhere: classic style bikes for excursions, sunscreen, towels, and mosquito repellent stocked all around the grounds, water/lemonade and light snacks, tons of beach gear to take to Sebastian Beach (towels, umbrellas, bags). Pineapple Point has truly thought of everything and I cannot wait to return. When I booked, I admit that I was nervous about location (since its neither right by Wilton Drive, nor right by the beach). But Lyft/Uber is very cheap in Ft Lauderdale and both are a quick drive. Of course, the grounds at Pineapple Point were so lovely we found that we rarely wanted to leave!
The tradeoff for having the gorgeous lush plants that create a little oasis is that mosquitos come out in droves in the evening. This means everyone has to douse themselves in deet for the happy hour. Mosquitos are very drawn to me unfortunately, so I spent plenty of time swatting myself and getting bitten. I had to take tons of Zyrtec to make the swelling go down. I'm not sure what could be done about this, perhaps spraying for them or strategically placing citronella candles/torches? But even the bugs won't keep me from coming back to this magical place.
