LeBlanc Family

The place was wonderful and the bayview was beautiful. The resort events were great. Complimentary Bike Rentals and Kayak was a big plus for granddaughter and myself to enjoy 😉 I will be back.

Was placed in the wrong room, but it was corrected. Thanks to Rose and Margherita.

Destin is very nice and we had fun. 75 dollars for 4 drinks is just too much.

A lot to do around us and on property

Never saw any staff at all. Garbage in lobby was overflowing by the time we left. Prices on property were outrageous.

I love the place. I love that everything was nearby. I love being able to text staff for communication rather then having to go search for staff or etc. ..

I didn't like the flickering of my light in the bathroom. The room was not what I expected based off photos and details.

Uncomfortable

Staff was pleasant and the room was clean.

I couldn’t rest because other guest or staff was extremely loud. This went on until about 5 in the morning😡

Wouldn’t stay at this specific in again.

The pool was great and the area was lovely

Parking was overflowing in the parking garage. Had to drive around for 30 minutes waiting for a spot. The room was small and not convenient. No desk, no where to plug your phone up by the bed. The pool area wasn’t very clean.

All in all we loved the beaches but will not be returning to this resort due to the poor customer service.

Access to amazing beaches. Great bayside view from our balcony. The gym was amazing and spacious!

The staff at times could come across as rude or annoyed. The tram service is severely lacking. They are supposed to run every 30 minutes at each stop however after waiting for that long it was faster to just drive my car to the beach side. They nickel and dime you everywhere on the resort. The food was good but automatically adds 20% gratuity. All in all we loved the beaches but will not be returning to this resort.

overall it was a great experience, really the only complaint was all the sand on the floor and bed.

Location was great. The view was great. The property had plenty of activities along with restaurants really didn’t have to leave the resort.

stayed five days and didn’t get our room cleaned one time so there were sand all over the floor so anytime you showered it was like stepping right back onto the beach along with sand feeling like it was in the bed.

We will absolutely be back!

Everywhere we went in the resort was clean. I was amazed at the bathrooms cause those are usually the worst. the staff was really helpful and friendly as well as the people in the shops located on the property. didn’t meet a single person who wasn’t super nice. very welcoming!

Love it! Will certainly stay again:)

Convenience to the village. Very nice, updated room!

The only issue is the lack of detailed information to find check in building as resort proper is 2400 acres and rather a challenge to find in the evening hours.

property was in a great location and clean

several things were not working. coffee maker was broken several lights did not work.

The location was nice close to the beach and everything.

The beds were so uncomfortable, couldn't find anyone to get towels from or coffee. And the thermostat wouldn't let us change the temp in the room. So it was freezing in our room our whole stay
