Location is great. Kitchen is great. Host is great.
3.0
The cozy feel of the historic property.
I thought the property it was a true B&B with a live in host but it's a big house with 5 bedrooms that are rented out separately.

Lovely heritage home that is walkable to the town centre and all amenities!

The temperature was colder that hell and no way to adjust the temperature. Arrived around 11pm, a little late. made phone call and no one answered. Left message and no one called me back. Not even the next day. We travel a lot from Salt Lake City to Phoenix and like to stop in Kanab. Thought we would try your facility. Will probably not use your facility again.

The little motel i usually stay at was fully booked, so we came here. This charming place was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. We were the only guests on this day and had the whole house to ourselves. I will definitely be back.
The only thing that was a bit awkward was the 19th century steps to the second floor with a large suitcase, but it was still well worth the say.

Super nice and cozy family house with a history. Great garden with bbq possibility, calm neighbourhood and well equipped kitchen. Everything you could need is there.
The beds were quite soft, for one night totally fine but for a longer stay maybe problematic for some people.

The room was exceptionally claim and spacious with many features not found in most hotels at this price it was one of the best rooms I've had in the last four or five years certainly the best value
A couple of paragraphs emailed ahead could have prepared me to made better for the check in process and allowed me to better take advantage of the spacious room and very convenient kitchen

There wasn't any breakfast here - but you could fix your own in the communal kitchen which had lots of supplies for use. The price was fantastic, and we got to meet other residence in the kitchen and outside area. So if you enjoy that type of travel this is wonderful. I would stay again if in the area!!
That our entrance door to our room was very hard to open. Looked as if it needed to be sanded down Couldn't close the bathroom door either...

Very clean. Liked having the use of a fully equipped kitchen.
Convenient location to the Grand Canyon, Zion National.
Had some issues with the pocket door to the bathroom. Seemed to be off track.

PSpacious kitchen and dining room with good facilities.
Clean bathroom and extra comfortable beds
Definitely recommend that place. It is better than a room in a hotel

Good value for the money. Easy to find location,
Close to the main street, room had everything we needed.
Since no staff on site, is self check in. On the day of arrival I was supposed to receive door code thru Booking message or text message. Upon arrival I had to call the phone number listed on Booking to get the door acces code.

The room and house were very clean and nice. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night. We had the number 1 room, which has a small balcony, it was nice to sit outside in the evening air.

. It was clean and comfortable. Advertised as bed and breakfast but no breakfast. on the plus side irequested an iron and ironing board and it showed up the next morning.
No personal contact. In fact never saw a human through the whole visit. The AC register loose and has fallen from one side. Sent a text to report it. received a text say the maintenance man would be in to repair today. Didn't happen.

Good location to visit Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon . We liked the seating areas, both inside and out! The rooms were very comfortable! The town has several good eating places. It was clean and has a great kitchen. We loved it!
Nothing comes to mind, we liked it as it is!

Comfortable, clean. Never saw any staff until the last morning of a 4 day stay.
On the last morning of our stay we were set to make a hot breakfast because it was to be a long travel day. Much to our dismay, I entered the kitchen at 8:40 only to find an offensive and strong smell of oven cleaner sprayed on the stove, stove parts in the kitchen sink sprayed with the same cleaner. This made the stove unable to be used. We were to depart by 11, so arriving in the kitchen well before departure time and not being able to use it, was disturbing. And the chemical odors were horrible. I know of at least 2 other guests were still in residence.
