I will stay again.

Very quick and easy check in process. The desk clerk was very helpful and professional with the checking in process. The rooms were top tier in cleanliness. Room was very nice and up to date. Definitely top notch!

I didn’t like the housekeepers making extremely loud noises while cleaning other rooms. It was 10:30am and we had a late night and was trying to sleep in, but was woken by very loud housekeepers. Other than the housekeepers disturbing our rest, everything else was great .

Definitely would consider staying here again

The location was perfect for us. Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly.

The only thing we did not care for the coffee in the morning was horrendous. It was like dishwater. Everything else in the breakfast area was fine.

Has potential to be very good; but obviously not managed well.

Accommodations were updated and nice.

Air (AC) did not work. Not enough parking; large trucks and buses took up 10+ spaces each. Our room did not receive a visit from housekeeping (no fresh towels, beds not made).

It suited what we needed it for

The hotel was nice. clean and the beds were comfortable

Asked housekeeping to change our trash cans and give clean towels on day three of our stay. No one came to do this. I had to find someone to give me a clean towel and needed to empty my own trash cans. The people above us were very loud most of the night for two nights. They tried to over charge me explaining that booking.com didn’t charge me enough

Great stay! Clean room, good breakfast, and friendly staff!

Friendly staff upon check-in/out. Great breakfast with a variety of warm and grab-n-go options. Tea/Coffee stand was accessible 24/7. CLEAN rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Functional kitchenette and great iron/board. Highest floor room (5th) request was granted upon online request.

A few ‘minute’ things: Walls seemed thin and neighbors could be heard speaking at times if hvac system is not running. Dining hall (floor/table/chairs) could be cleaned more consistently between guests. Parking lot can be tricky (particularly when arriving at night) since lot connects to two other hotels.

I think the property was probably pretty nice but when we got there, there was a problem with the room because I was paying with my debit card. They were gonna charge me twice and then reimburse me within two weeks which is stupid. That makes absolutely no sense.

Overall, hotel was nice, cleaner than expected, great breakfast & great staff.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The rooms were relatively clean despite the hotel losing 2 of their housekeeping staff, and ended up having to wait for them to be cleaned. Also, the walk-in showers requested we’re not available but Paige & the manager did a great job offering to provide a discount on the room rates leaving us quite impressed with their efforts. I’ll definitely stay there again mainly because of the way issues were handled & of course the great breakfast!

Not initially getting the walk in showers previously requested. Toilets in one of the rooms still had toilet paper in the bowl, leaving us to wonder if it was cleaned at all. Probably not, since housekeeping was understaffed.

Very good

Check in was easy and they accommodated us checking in a little early. Staff was very friendly.

The room rate was high for the quality of the hotel. I know it was graduation weekend which likely drove up the prices, but I don’t think the room was worth what we paid for 2 nights.

The A/C didn't work properly in my room, and when I called late night to tell them, nobody ever came to fix it. I checked out the next day, and when I told the manager, other than an "I'm really sorry...", he didn't offer to do anything else for me (reduce rate, etc.).

Mostly okay, room for improvement

Excellent location for getting in and around greater Raleigh. Staff are friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great breakfast selection.

The toilet kept running, and it wasn't fixed for 4 days. Our room wasn't cleaned until the last day. Often, when I went to the front desk, staff were out back and not available.
