Great hotel!

The room was so spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!

No ice before we left. A few of the lights didn't work.

Excellent!

The whole visit was excellent! We will stay here every year from now on.

We had an issue with the TV for the first 16 hours cause the TV was ghetto but it was finally fixed.

Beds were very comfy with nice pillows. Room got cool enough. Clean bathroom, kitchen and hotel. Staff was great!

Value for the money. Pretty pricey hotel for the town and the quality of the rooms. First room had standing water in the dishwasher and second room had a weird smell and noisy A/C.

Not worth $75, and my cost was $175. I won’t return.

1. Ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn’t operational 2. Broken dresser 3. Missing hairdryer 4. Disappointing “egg” dishes. No one wants kale in their eggs, especially when there aren’t scrambled eggs 5. Bland, flavorless muffins 6. The oatmeal, which could have salvaged breakfast, was a soup. A container filled with water. Oatmeal takes time, but is simple to make. 7. I made cinnamon toast with sugar meant for coffee and cinnamon meant for oatmeal. Easily the worst breakfast buffet I’ve encountered in a large, chain hotel setting.

Housekeeping- we stayed 7 nights and we had a refresh of towels 1 day and we just emptied our own trash and asked for towels at the front desk and grabbed toilet paper from lobby bathroom

Convenient, modern, spacious and comfortable stay in Tomball, Texas

I was in town for a busy weekend handling family matters for a family member who lives in Tomball. The hotel was convenient to all the errands I needed to run which is why I selected this location. This Residence Inn is updated, very clean, and my room was quiet and spacious. If I were here on business I could easily stay here for a week or even longer. My king studio was so comfortable, with loads of storage, work space, lighting, electric outlets, and well-stocked kitchen with coffee maker and full-sized refrigerator for personal snacks or light meals. The breakfast offered a good variety in a bright sunny space with plenty of seating options. I very much appreciated having such a comfortable space to relax and do business while handling lots of family matters. My room was located in the back, facing open fields so my room was particularly peaceful.

We did get 2 rooms for our original price.

The hotel gave away our reserved room and tried to give us a smaller room at a discounted rate. We had to hold our ground to get a second room, at the original rate, as we could not fit 5 adults on a King size bed and one sofa bed.

The color scheme was nice.

We did not like the sofa bead, it was very uncomfortable and just slept on it as a couch instead. We had to mention the bathroom light flickering to get it changed.

I arrived at 3:10pm and was told I could not check in until 4. I seen other guest checking in and when the receptionist seen I asked another guest if they allowed them to check in she came over and told me I could go ahead and check in.

Night in Tomball

The hotel was clean and very quiet. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

The hotel charged $25 for an hour late check out. They asked but no other hotel has ever thought this as an extra fee. I stayed an extra 45 min. Also the gym needed wipes or hand sanitizer.

Comfortable Stay - Good facilities - Nice staff - Will be returning...

Really good stay here, room was brilliant, like living in a studio apartment. Plenty of space to work also, desk and chair were very comfy. The tav swiveled to allow me to watch TV and work. Having a coffee machine, microwave, kitchen area was great. Bed was awesome, slept well. Parking wasn't an issue. Breakfast although not huge was different selections each day and was perfectly good. Bold coffee was excellent if you are European and used to the strong stuff. Washing room is really handy if staying a while. The gym was OK too, perfectly good enough for what I needed.

Aircon was a bit loud and woke me on one occasion. There is no restaurant for the evening so you have to eat out. its not a complaint, I knew this when booking. Finally there is no bar area, there is a fridge with beer init and a sofa near reception but would be perfect if they had a bar. Again it was not expected and no complaint from me.

Hot! No matter what you have your room temperature at, the hotel puts heaters on at night. The breakfast was not great, edible but dry biscuits and wet eggs.

I liked the walk-in shower and the kitchen part of the room. Everything was great and we loved the pool

The shower handle was not tight and it would go down by itself so it would get really hot on its own
