Very good.

Breakfast was not included much to my surprise. However upon our late arrival their kitchen was still open and we enjoyed a very good bowl of tomato bisque soup and a good cheese tray. The staff and check in manager were very accommodating. Appeared to be a very well run hotel unlike the Hilton in Locust Grove , Ga.

As said before everything was very good. I was disapointed that breakfast was not included.

Fantastic family stay

Looked well taken care of, hallways, foyer, and lounge area is always looking clean and neat. Outdoors is well kept and clean of trash or litter.

Nothing major, it is a very nice, modern, clean hotel. Convenient to everything and everywhere. Great location!!!

It was e just what we needed!

It was clean, friendly, and convenient. The pool was nice. Sad to see the hot tub was gone.

Nice place to stay

Jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean.

Hot tub by the pool was under construction. Children at the facility were rowdy and ran thru the hall banging on doors.

very clean and nice facility

The bartender was very rude to me when I ordered dinner. I approached the bar with a menu and was ignored for about 5 minutes. A couple people approached the bar and ordered drinks, prior to me being serviced/acknowledged. I ordered my food, and went back to the pool for a few minutes while it was prepared. I came back and paid for dinner and picked it up. I asked for root beer/sprite for my children. The bartender walked away from me. We had lots of friends staying within your facility attending a regional horse show the next day at Findlay sitting at the bar ordering food/drinks for themselves to witness this. I returned to the pool to get my children who were swimming, with the supervision of another parent. I was followed by front desk staff to the pool and told I could not have outside food in the pool area, which was no problem. My children got out of the pool and ate in our friends room 121, where we overheard the two front desk staff talking about us. Then the conversations continued in front of multiple people at the bar who were in our group. Remind your staff to be mindful of their guest. Sounds like the bartender was leaving anyway, that will do well for your business from what I saw Friday night.

Very good stay.

Breakfast included in price and was a la carte if desired. There was a small kitchen located beside the bar in the lobby which was open until 10 pm. This was much appreciated to get a light meal after a long day on the road.

Close to where we needed to go, prob would try somewhere else next time.

So when we checked in we were told breakfast is from 7-11, I came down & got a coffee & I had grabbed juice & a croissant & then was approached & told that what I had gotten wasn’t free unless I bought hot food. Anyhow we spent $21 it wasn’t anything great. Wish we had gone out somewhere. Had we known at check in that breakfast can be purchased from 7-11 that would have been appreciated.

Ooops wrong spot for response. See above. Also bar was not open booked through booking.com, nothing mentioned & that’s why we got a place there. Shower leaked & issue listed above.
