Location
Room was not made until after 4 pm (if at all) which is unacceptable for a $600/night room

It was very easy to walk to Broadway and to many of the famous sites in Nashville
The halls are very dark. They had no refrigerator and I had to ask for one to be put in the room.

Great location to broadway. Staff with nice and was pretty quiet and clean.
The first room we booked had no air conditioning. It was 87 degrees in the room. The front desk quickly moved us to another room. In the other room, the lock got jammed and we were stuck in the room. Luckily, a staff member was outside the door and helped us push it open. Definitely needs some remodeling but would stay here again.

hotel was nice and good location
was told at check in we had breakfast included however in the morning was told we did not have it
rooms could have been cleaner

The hotel was nice, room clean. Loved the shower.
DeCarlo in accounting was wonderful. It took a week to get to the correct department, and he called me on a Sunday to help fix my overcharged card!! He was so helpful!!!
The road work around the building was terrible. There was a homeless man cussing and screaming outside the building. He tore up the hotel flowers and broke bottles. That was unsettling. I was also overcharged on my card due to the merge of Hilton

Location is perfect for walking to downtown attractions
Front desk staff tried to charge us for prepaid stay and we spent 45 minutes showing emails and prepaid confirmation emails before getting to our room.
Valet parking was the worst of anywhere we have ever stayed. I parked on the side of a very busy street to unload my bags and valet said they would take care of my car. It stayed in the same spot for over a day before it was moved. When we were leaving, we called down 30 minutes ahead of time for our car but then waited on the guy to get the key out of the locker and then proceed to stand there for another 5 minutes explaining to his coworker, the procedure for valet parking. This cost over $100 for my car to sit where I originally parked it and for us to wait 35 minutes to get it back. I could have parked in public parking cheaper and quicker.

The location
The hall way and room was very hot . Receptionist at check in was very rude , and valet curbed our run causing it to crack and gave us our car back with a flat . 6 hours from home .

The room was clean, and the fitness area was also clean and very nice.
The construction around the property was horrible, and my Uber driver had a terrible time trying to find where to drop me off; there were minimal staff on site; there was no information about the property in the room, leaving me no ideas about how to find food on site or where to find different amenities; the minibar was empty so the advertising for the property was not accurate; the entire property seemed very dimly lit.

Everything - the bell hop was extraordinary!
Valet, but I know they were busy.

Breakfast was very good. I'm glad we discovered the coffee downstairs as the coffee maker in the room did not make good coffee.

the staff were all super nice and helpful. the location was great if you were wanting to head to Broadway. it was really cute and very clean.
the only thing we didn’t like was how dark it was everywhere. the rooms, hallways and even the gym had very low lighting.

The hotel is also a museum which was so different and fun. It was nice to walk through and look at the art while waiting on Uber or to meet with coworkers. The staff was incredible and the location was close enough to everything but just far enough away to have some peace and quiet as well. Super cute hotel!

location, art, room decore
housekeeping inconsistent, pricey, small room
