We will be back!

We took the train from the airport to Union Station (easy to do, purchase ticket in the train station), and the chic hotel is right next door. Our room was very comfortable & had a great view. Loved the cappucino machine in the lobby & the car service to take us to/from restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Citizen Rail was terrific, too!

Unsanitary Housekeeping

There were blood stains on the bedspread and when asked to change the bedspread - they basically just gave us a new bedspread and didnt change the sheets. We were suppose to be given one night stay credit and did not because booking didn't credit us. so now we're disputing booking and limelight. It was a disaster.

Superb location at the core of downtown Denver

The location is superb, right at the core of downtown Denver, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Just be aware that the hotel is pet-friendly and doesn't have any hypoallergenic rooms; perhaps that's something that the management can consider in the future.

Parking fees. Either way public parking or valet would have cost 40 or more. By the time we arrived, left once, then checked out it was over 50.

Absolutely lovely stay, gem of a hotel

Beautiful hotel with extremely professional staff. Nice details everywhere: room comes with a yoga mat, nice Bluetooth speaker, aluminum water bottles, etc. Nice beds, nice shower, nice curtains. Lovely lobby with a feature fireplace and free snacks.

$58/day for parking is ridiculous. My bed was made incorrectly twice, but the front desk compensated me and was very apologetic about it, so I came away with a positive experience. The hotel restaurant was only ok. Much better food available on the same block elsewhere.

I've enjoyed the hotel as the Born and regardless of the name, the same experience persists.

Vallet didn't know how to drive manual. Paid for the service and I had to get my car out of the garage because no one on staff could drive it.

Incredible stay in Denver with good services and good activities.

The staff members were so nice and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful with an incredible view of the train station. The room key used to unlock the elevator is an incredible idea, but you have to be aware. If you don't know it, it can be annoying to be stuck in the elevator for no reason.

Loverly modern hotel however, better attention to service needed

The location is great for meeting tours at the close by Union Station and there is a lot of good restaurants within walking distance The rooms are modern and well sound protected from outside construction. Well insulated and kept the warmth wonderfully The coffee station in the morning was well stocked and welcome find a few days into my stay

The housekeeping was very inconsistent with toiletries rarely being replaced and random timing (early in the morning or late in the afternoon) There was no coffee machine in the room. There is a good coffee station available in the lobby before 10.30am however, it was not well posed and required to be up and dressed for a morning coffee. There is a clear homeless issue around the city however this was consistent with our whole USA trip

The location is 10/10, right next to the train station

The mattress is way too soft. My back hurts after sleeping just one night. They were not able to make any adjustment to help make the mattress firmer.

Fantastic Location Close to Downtown

Location is fantiastic, right at Union Station. So close to the downtown area and the restaurants of Union Station and the adjacent downtown area. So it good if you have a longer layover in Denver, rather than staying out near the airport which has little to see and do.

I thought check out was a little lax. What we were told on check in did not occur, and we had to remind the agent, twice, of what we had included in our rate, so charges were removed.

Exceptional

Amazing eco friendly, stylish yet cozy hotel, with great staff and excellent restaurant on site. We didn't have time to take advantage of MCA visit, gym, etc. but now have a reason to come back. The host(s) at the restaurant (Citizen rail) were so kind and professional and went out of their way to accommodate us on Christmas night for dinner, when every other place was either booked or closed. And the food was so good we went back for breakfast the following day and were equally impressed. We will be back for both hotel and restaurant, I hope!
