Felt unsafe, kinda dirty, and noisy, not comfortable at all.

Location, friendly staff.

Fries left in microwave. Ants all over shower and commode. Bed not comfortable at all. Very noisy location, particularly late night check-ins. Picnic table outside our door led to undesirable people hanging out and their pit bulls barking and intimidating us from leaving room in the morning. That’s bad. No breakfast served when we paid about $150+? C’mon! One lock on door, and no security bar towards top of door (broken off). Sand on floor, not swept. You’ll have to make this up to us before we ever stay again.

Not ready for guests

That they're trying. Nice bathroom tile, shower tile. Nice tile floor in room. Interesting design style. Nice lobby.

Where to start ---- in the middle of construction. Gave me a room that wasn't quite done. Room darkening drapes couldn't open because they were stapled to the wall. TV missing. No refrigerator, microwave, phone, clock... Not that I need all that - but for a $100 a night... Hole in bathroom wall where TP holder will go. Stickers still left on new shower door. Neighbor next to me had barking dog and partied til 4am and whose dog left a nice big pile in front of their room. No one ever cleaned it up. Property dirty and parking lot full of empty boxes and building supplies. Best to reduce the rate for 1/2 done room / property - but, I needed emergency shelter for family tragedy. I suppose it will be great when all is done. Could use a hotel/motel consultant.

Disappointing

It's on a decent location and its comfortable

The loud noises people make slamming door's and being loud the cost of the rooms not worth the 100 and something dollars the internet didn't work

Good price , comfortable room, great staff!

The staff is always very nice and quick! Excellent customer service!

The windows in the room should have blinds. The rooms are too dark without sunlight.

Never booking with booking.com again.

I called to inform I needed late check in. And somehow they canceled my reservation and still I was charged and not given a room to stay. Never booking with booking.com.

I tried calling booking customer service to deal with the issue and I didn’t get any response and was charged for not staying after they canceled my reservation.

We were visiting friends that weekend so we weren't in our room except to sleep. It served its purpose. The gal at t

it was right on main street so the location was good for why we needed it. And you can tell that they upgraded the units to some extent.

The bathroom toilet seat was wiggling all over the place, there was only one washcloth and one hand towel, luckily there were two bath towels. There were no Kleenex tissues in the room. there was a stain on the floor next to the bed that look like nail polish splattered all over the floor. The mattress is on a platform and it's hard and uncomfortable.

The room was clean. There was clean linen. Rooms were updated to some degree

I had to switch from the first room I was given because the shower door didn't work nor did the refrigerator. The second room the refrigerator also wasn't working properly...froze all my food and drinks. There were no holders for the soap in the shower or sink in both rooms. Small closet space for your clothes. Location of my room I could here car traffic until late evening. No coffee maker in either room I was given.

I didnt like the cockroach that was running around the room, the toilet wouldnt flush.. I thought the front desk worker was going to call me when my room was ready.. check in was two waited for a call till five
